Ordered a Fish sandwich without cheese. I asked for lettuce and pickles added to my tartar sauce condiment. I was charged for the lettuce? I was charged for a small amount of shredded lettuce on my sandwich. I thought that was odd because the cost of American cheese is higher in price then lettuce. I quess they couldn't swap them out & not charge me. My sandwich was hot when I picked it up at the counter. That was good. I inspected my sandwich because sometimes I find cheese on my fish sandwich. I'm lactose intolerant. My sandwich was correctly made. That was good too. That was so much better & less frustrating then returning an incorrectly made fish sandwich to the Front Counter person who will ask the Grill-line to make me another sandwich. McDonald's has a limited menu which is ideal for a "fast" Fast Food restaurant. It's good for a large percentage of their Customers but they are losing or have lost customer's with dietary preferences. Just want to add, they still don't offer Almond milk. I'm unable to purchase hot/iced coffee at my local McDonalds. I've asked for almond milk at many different McDonald's locations throughout Pennsylvania. After asking for 4+ years, I know I'll be told they only have dairy milk. I still ask because I figure the Corporate leaders will, someday, approve of a non-dairy milk beverage for their coffee drinkers. I know McDonald's are independently owned, so I don't understand why they only serve Cow's milk. I'm still waiting.

I probably won't return to this McDonald's even though it is the most convenient one for me. They consistently miss items in my order and my fries were served ice cold and hard. Service through the drive thru was rude and rushed.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles, medium ff, and a coke. I just got home with the food and my quarter pounder has a special order slip attached that states xtra slivered onion, xtra pickle, Xtra american cheese, Xtra salt, add roma tomato-3, add mayo. It's definitely not what I ordered. I thought you were one of the better McDonalds in the area.

This is definitely the best place to go to keep your New Year's resolution if your New Year's resolution is to eat less fast food. The staff here knows best, so if you order too much food they will be sure to exclude an item or two. Honestly, that extra order of nuggs or the McDouble would have put me over the edge anyway. Also, I do appreciate the creativity they weave in the food prep. A little touch like swapping the top pattie and middle bun on a Big Mac makes me feel like I've taken the road less traveled.
On a side note, the Chicken Big Mac tastes like how I would imagine Guy Fieri's hands would smell. Not this location's fault, but you really don't realize how much heavy lifting that homogenized beef does in a good ol' BM.
All in all, I'll begrudgingly go back. I always do. Just be sure to check that bag thoroughly before peeling out into the Marshall's parking lot.

I ordered on the mobile app as soon as I got to the location. I proceeded to wait for 25 mins for my order of 2 meals while watching car after car come and go. I then went inside to check my order and only then were they bringing my order out. I immediately took me and my wife's fries out to munch on for the ride home.. the fries were over salted, cold, and hard. I then grabbed my orange highC out and took a sip just to find out it was just orange fanta. I can understand being busy and short staffed because i work part time at sheetz. but when a pick up order is ready they should be taken care of and sent on their way with hot food. Very disappointed seeing as how this is my first trip to mcdonalds in over a year.

Went thru the late night drive-thru after ordering on the app. Ice cream machine was working. Friendly young man at the window.
This place literally cannot ever get an order right. All I ordered was a plain biscuit, strawberry jam and a hashbrown. Had to wait 12 minutes. There was no jam in the bag and they gave me a mcmuffin with cheese!

10/18/24- My wife was on the phone with me and placed order in drive through. While paying for her food a younger employee hit on my wife and asked for her snap. She declined and they said that she needed to pull around and wait for her food. She waited for about 10 minutes then left without ever receiving her food. Absolutely garbage service. I will be placing a formal complaint to McDonald’s for the extremely unprofessional employee who I hope gets fired and for the terrible service of this particular McDonald’s.

We were sitting at the speaker 7-9 minutes before close after going through one time prior trying to pick up a DoorDash which they ironically didn’t have. We pulled around to the 2nd window, nobody had headsets on but the kid at the window took our code and was about to start our order when the manager, wearing a pink button up, and was wearing a high ponytail walked by she started screaming at the employee that the registers were already closed and everything was already shut down when they were serving the order in front of us.
