Only 2 cars in front and it took 15mins. Ordered a 2a- quarter pounder with cheese. Got a bun, patty, cold slice of cheese and catchup, 2 pieces of onion. Terrible sandwich and cold fries. The sprite was the only good thing

If you're going to have to take the good with the bad on a McDonald's, this is one to do it with. Their food is as well cooked as any McDonald's you'll ever go to. And if you think they all taste the same, you definitely need to try to eat here one time and realize that it very much has to do with how they make it. The issues are that you may have to stand for 10 minutes with staff looking at you and ignoring you before somebody will roll their eyes and take your order. Once you finally gotten your food, you may be hard-pressed to be able to find a seat that doesn't have food all over it or food all over the floor. Has never really been very well maintained in the aspect of cleanliness. But if you want a place to take your kids where they can play and leave you alone for an hour, absolutely go here because their food is actually edible as far as McDonald's food goes.

I am disappointed by the lack of urgency and acknowledgment. It is unfortunate that they rely on the machines at the entrance instead of demonstrating a willingness to work. I was not impressed with the manager, Donna, who made an unprofessional comment about my departure in front of my children. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I felt she was overly sensitive when I expressed my frustration, which led her to make an unfounded accusation.

Ordered take out for breakfast for just my son and I, nothing crazy, it took them 30 minutes to get my order to me. The people in front of my demanded a refund because of how long they waiting. Got the refund and never got the food. The manager was very rude and everyone in the restaurant could hear the interaction. Even when in back all you heard was bickering. They said they were very behind. It wasn’t even busy. Seriously one car in the drive through. All I saw was a bunch of people that seemed very confused on what they were supposed to be doing. Won’t be back to this one for an awhile. Last time I was here they got my order completely wrong. They just don’t know how to get simple things correct!
