On 11/18/2024 went through the drive thru. Upon reaching home, discovered that an item was missing. Called the restaurant. A shift manager named Von said I had to come back within 24 hours to claim the item that they didn't put in the bag. So we were charged, they failed to provide the paid for item, and want to inconvenience me with an unrealistic timeframe. To me this is theft since they took the money but did not provide the item in return.

Waiting time takes so long even the store was not busy! Staff sitting talking and pretending to be busy but there is zero job to be done, the whole time i was standing there and ignored by those terrible staffs ! What a terrible place to stop by

This McDonald's drive thru, instead of giving you your food at the window, will park you and make you wait. It's unbelievable.. literally EVERY SINGLE TIME. But don't worry! You'll eventually get your cold food.. that's most likely been sitting in there on the counter waiting for an employee to bring it to you. And now it's just super convenient when your order is wrong.. you're already parked so you can go in and wait for them to fix it!
Staff rushed me through the drive through but told me they double checked the order. Meal was missing and I called for a refund, but they refused.

Food is typically of McDonald’s quality. Staff is friendly but anytime you order from here there is always a wait. I use the mobile app and go through the drive-through and every single time I go I am always pulled up and parked. I am not quite sure why it takes them so long to prepare. It is supposed to be fast food not parked food. What is the point of the mobile app if it takes them even longer to prepare your food.

Asked for dr pepper, lady said " I got your Dr.pepper right here for ya"....... got all the way home and found it was root beer😩😢

I was INSIDE this restaurant for about 45 minutes. My fries came cold. My burger that should have had extra pickles had no condiments. . There was nothing but water coming from the soda fountain. Alerted mgmt. Was told they just had to change the soda syrup. Almost 15 mins later, still water. Alerted a different mgr. who said there was is no soda in the building. Did the other mgr not know? How does McDonald's not have soda? I mean... Also, this place was LOUD! The music was loud, the AC was loud and they never turned off the beeps and buzzers from the machines. Will not come to this location again.
