They messed up my wife’s order. When we called to see about making it right they said they can’t refund to a card and we would have to drive back in for cash, we ordered through the app. They weren’t interested in making it right. What a joke. To add insult to injury my McDouble was from mchours ago.
I have never in my life experienced such a rude employee at any McDonald’s I’ve visited anywhere in the country. First the “manager” got nasty with me through the drive-thru because someone was honking in the parking lot. I explained it wasn’t me and it was people driving through, her attitude only got worse. Gave my code to order and she argued with me that what the app was showing was wrong because it was showing different on her screen. Asked her name and she refused...read full review
