McDonald's isn't bad but was there yesterday to pick up a doordash. Stood there for over 20 minutes till someone came to the front to serve people. Even knowing there was 5 or 6 workers who kept looking at the front and ignoring people standing there.

honestly hands down one of the more disrespectful and lazier McDonalds i been to their customer service is horrible and the employees they have working their could care less about the people they serve or the job they do twice now in the past month ive had issues and the second time was me going to make up for the first times issues needless to say i wont be going to this location anymore let alone give McDonalds anymore of my hard earned money for slop put together by somebody with a no care attitude... not to mention got their at 1059 which i get its my fault im a little early didn't realize the time and right as i get up to the drive through she goes we are not serving lunch yet i said how long she said within the next minute and made me drive back around to re pull in line instead of just taking my order awhile meanwhile 10 cars are now ahead of me and i have to wait again in line even longer on top of dealing with their irritating issues like how hard was it to just take my order awhile i get i was less then a minute early but come on sad at the end of the day im the only one losing out on my time and money dont be like me go elsewhere and get your worth
I had enough points for a free big Mac and I tried to order it with my hamburger patties on the side and they refused and tried to charge me $1.35 to do so And then when I challenged them on being charged extra, they said they couldn’t modify my sandwich which is BS!
Vegetarian options: They would not allow me to order the meat on the side.

The fries are ALWAYS hot and the staff is friendly. This location is by far the best McDonolds in the Mechanicsburg Camp Hill area.

Their evening manager (8pm when it happened) is very rude. Me, my wife, and our 9 year old son, dined it but used the app to order. They usually bring the food to the table and we were so used to the day time staff being so nice to us. But there’s this one evening staff who yelled “who has the 50s it’s been sitting here nobody’s taking this”. I went to the counter and told them they usually bring the food to us so we didn’t know it was sitting there for a while. Then this staff raised her voice, “we don’t can’t you see we’re busy at night”. It was so loud that people from the back all wondered what happened. So my wife came to me to ask what’s going on. My wife asked them who was the staff who yelled at me. The manager said she didn’t hear anyone who yelled. Then again her staff was raising her voice at me and my wife, and when we asked her for her name, the manager said she didn’t hear any yelling but the people on the back heard it. When confronted of trying to cover and lying about it. The manager told us all to leave the store even our 9 year old son could hear her telling us to leave when he was still eating at that time. Could be because we’re Asians that we were treated that way? Or the manager was just really rude. My wife and son cried leaving the store. It was a very traumatic experience for my family.
