This place is a little area gem with unique brewed flavors. I believe they specialize in spurs, but had many other options available at our most recent visit last weekend. It’s interior is cute, as you can see. Service is excellent.

One of our favorite local breweries. Cheyanne, Kevin and Mark are the reason we keep coming back! The beer is great too! The bartenders treat you like family, when I wanted to mix two beers the did not hesitate!

Mellow Mink is a cool and nice brewery! The interior design is clean and modern and they have such good sour beers. The bartenders were friendly and attentative and everything looks clean and well taken care of. Their sour beers have refreshing notes and strong flavors. They also offer local cider and cocktails as well. It's a Bring your own food place but they also offer small snack. I think Mellow Mink is a great choice if you wanna enjoy a few nice drinks in a quieter environment compare to the usual bars.

Cute little brewery in a strip mall. I did a light beer flight that included flavored Kolsh beer. Very tasty. They offer small bites,. Plenty of bar space and tables that surround it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable in their beer. They offer cider as well.
