Everything was good except for my drink and the crazy attitude i just caught from the “bartender”. I ordered a tequila sunrise and it tastes like straight coconut. I had a few sips until i got to the point where i was like this is weird tasting. Told the server I didn’t like it, he said he would cancel it. The bartender comes up and says “I didn’t put anything that doesn’t belong in there. You can’t just drink it and then say you didn’t like it.” When there’s just a couple sips taken out of it. He was super rude. First time in here and it was for my boyfriend’s birthday and the bartender was here for about a minute and ruined the entire thing for us just because of his attitude. Told me i gotta pay for it when there’s over 50% of it left. You guys have your bartender that was working tonight around 5:00 on 5/25 to thank for the bad review here and on yelp. I again had a great experience until the very end when I interacted with him. He was so argumentative saying “your server checked on you right? Why you didn’t say anything then? For that, no refund.” Like what type of customer service is that? I’m a server and I would never use that logic or that attitude with a paying customer. If I ever return, I hope he’s not working because I dread the idea of having to interact with this man again. Genuinely. Made me so upset.
We had a party of 10 and it was very entertaining. The food was delicious.
I even had leftovers because the portions were very generous. Thank you, Mikado.
We got there before the last order time but they’ve already closed for hotpot and bbq and started to clean so we could only have a la carte menu. We got “tempura” (i would not call not tempura, it was just deep fried vegetables), Sushi/Sashimi (frozen), and Tuna tataki (it was so bad that we could not finish it). The tataki had gummy texture, no flavor and was thinly sliced, too much black paper. We actually had to go get some fries at a fast food restaurant to rinse our mouths after.
My wife and two boys had a blast. The food was so fresh and lot of it. The skills by Chris were impressive!! The drinks were perfect, the atmophere was great. Thank you all for a great night. Our server Inggrid was so nice to my family. We will be back again.
Love this spot !!! Amazing and great food!!
Rice and vegetables were burnt which ruined the meal.
It's always delicious and fun!
Omg!! I can not wait to go back here! Food... 100% DELICIOUS! Hibachi so much fun! Waiter & hibachi chef so awesome!! Very impressed & highly satisfied!! Love the whole atmosphere too!
Had lunch on a girl's day out. The portions are enormous. The food here so flavorful, it makes your want more. Would recommend!
I've been a patron of Mikado for close to 20 years (since I was in high school) and I have never been disappointed. I was a bit sad when they closed their Harrisburg location, but I'm happy they kept this one and expanded it to include additional offerings like hot pot which I'm excited to try. The food is great, large portions and reasonably priced, and the experience at the hibachi tables is always incredible. They have awesome sushi and sashimi offerings which we take advantage of even when we are there for hibachi. Great cocktail menu, incredible service overall. I can't recommend this place enough.

Tempura shrimp was amazing
Always the best sushi and hibachi
The hibachi was delicious, and the service was great!
1st time visit. Valentine eve dinner.
Seated in dining area rather than hibachi area. Sloppy table, server seemed disinterested. Ordered soup, appetizer, entree. All came together. Soup barely warm and rest of order getting cold while we ate soup. Asked to heat up food, came back the same. Cold. Tasteless, steak was tough and overdone (asked for medium). Very small portion for $26.00. Sad.
It was my first time at a Hibachi restaurant. The hot pots looked amazing, and I'll try one next time! I had the shrimp and scallop Hibachi with vegetables and fried rice.
