The sticky buns have very little sticky goop on them. The buns are often smaller than the Mr. Sticky buns from the food truck. I have tried several times, sadly disappointed.

Sticky buns are awesome, customer service sucks. Both times we've been in this location the older woman who works there is always gruff and condescending. Thankfully, you don't have to spend too much time with her.

These sticky buns are NEXT LEVEL. Fluffy, glazed nicely, sweet, and near perfection. Got a box of 6 of the originals. Service was warm and welcoming at ten minutes to closing. If you want to WOW your dessert craving then look no further than Mr. Sticky's.

Extremely poor customer service. There was only one woman working and you would’ve thought me being in the store was her greatest inconvenience. The interaction got to a point where I apologized for annoying her by simply ordering! Although I was unaware of the franchise preference to order online, she was beyond rude and unhelpful in her explanation. I make catering orders frequently in the Mechanicsburg area and I will NOT be returning to this location.

So, when you walk in the front door, you are immediately greeted by a refrigerated case off to the left that is stocked with margarine. If you don’t know how bad margarine is for your body, you’re probably not from this planet. Just as the name implies, margarine will stick to your arteries, cause you many health issues . I would any place that proudly shows that they use margarine as one of their ingredients.
Expensive yes. You really have to eat same day. Not worth price, if you try next day or freeze or whatever. You won't bring it back to life after 1st day. Too hard. No matter their instructions on website. Sizes vary. I've purchased when 1 bun fills up styrofoam and purchased when 1 doesn't come close to filling. I requested largest single, but employee wouldn't look. For the price and if not busy, employee could humor the customer and give larger of 2. I'm sure it's a request that doesn't come often. My opinion.
