It's Saturday morning and I thought we'd get Mr. Sticky's as a treat. We don't live far from the Carlisle Pike location, so that's where he went to pick them up. Comes home walks in the door, instant story how we just missed the fresh ones out of the oven and not sure how long these were sitting there. Immediate bad vibes and not what you want to hear. I reasoned, wouldn't they sell the older ones first before the fresh? First, it was not a nice half dozen tray like usual, but individually packed in multiple small styrofoam containers. Worse, they were cold and did not have much cinnamon on them. I could have just made Pillsbury ones yesterday to now have cold ones sitting on my counter, but I wanted hot, fresh, and better. I might have accepted what we got today from a diner, but this is all they make! Not to mention how much more they charge, which would definitely be worth it for great pastries, but that's not what we received. Should have put more stock in the reviews of this location. We can go elsewhere.

Never been there before. Bought half dozen. Expensive, icing too. It was Saturday around 11:00am. Heavy set stone face lady waited on us like it was a pain. There for take out had coupon which she si when telling her I had one. Never smiled at all while waiting on us. I gave tip which my daughter said she wouldn’t have. Sorry I did now. Won’t be back!

Today was my first day to visit the store and Jeannie made me feel as if though I shouldn't have came in. I asked a few questions about the different products and she was very annoyed to answer my questions. How disappointing!

Would have like to try Mr. Sticky's, but I guess 30 minutes before closing is too late to expect the place to be open. Next time I won't bother to go out of my way to try them because it will be a waste of my time.

I never leave reviews, but have been frequenting Mr. stickeys (mostly the Lancaster location) for years. I have been to the mechanicsburg location a handful of times as it is closer in proximity to me. We love Mr. Stickeys and think they are the best so we get them for work and for family and friends and have them on hand for every gathering. However, the rude older lady at the mechanicsburg location makes me want to stop giving my business to that location. I would rather drive all the way to Lancaster every time than to deal with someone who is rude to customers who are frequent patrons spending money.

I came here for the first time today and I’m so glad I did. I have had the biggest cinnamon roll craving for weeks and even recently left Manhattan unsatisfied. Found this looking online, and this was the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had! I must’ve had Mr Sticky ringing me out, he was very nice and gave me instructions on how to make it warm the best way at home. Gave so much cream cheese frosting which was delicious. Once warmed, It was so soft and satisfied my craving! Definitely will be back.
