To the owner, my apologies but I had to lower my rating to a 4; I did not change it to a 3 because of my past excellent experiences; yesterday I received a burnt steak; dry and tasted like it wasn't seasoned; the burger I received was extremely greasy and very salty; the loaded mash potato was dry, over salted and had a bad after taste, I paid $100 and was very disappointed. What happened?

The ribeye steak was succulent; cooked to perfection and to my surprise I found myself gnawing on the bone; the loaded mash potatoes were so good that I found myself wishing I had ordered more; the salad was fresh as if someone had picked it from the garden outback; the babyback ribs were tasty and very delicious; I received it warm as if it was fresh off the grill at a barbecue; in 2018 I tried outback and it was okay; now I can honestly state it is now rated Outstanding and Excellent, Outback has risen on my list as one of my favorite restaurants. Kudos to the owner, manager and employees; I hope they keep the same team as long as possible; if you are reading this then I reccomend you give them a try; you will not be disappointed.

Great meal, as always. People are friendly and helpful, we didn't have to ask for anything. Food was prepared exactly as ordered. Restaurant was clean. We'll be back!

Went there for a birthday celebration. The food was very good . I had the fried chicken with the onion petal sauce and it was delicious. They bring ice cream and sing for the birthday . Everything was good.

Seriously, this place is awesome! The food is so good, the vibe is cozy, and the service is great. I'd totally recommend it for a work dinner or a family thing, or even a date night. Honestly, any time is good, 'cause if you want a good steak at a decent price, this is the spot.

Idk man, I used to love going to the outback. After they took Toowamba pasta off the menu years back, I stopped going altogether. Came back recently and it was like 430pm... like way before dinner rush and I had a good meal, even my kid enjoyed her meal. Just never felt so rushed to eat and pay for a bill like that before. Great chance I wont be back any time soon

Another great dinner at Outback was the ribeye and the fillet mignon with sweet potato cooked to perfection. My potato soup could be hotter, but it was still good.

Having had knee replacement surgery I was wanting a good meal delivered. This was not it. Ordered my steak medium rare and it came cold and medium well. I couldn’t reheat it because it would then be well done and dry. The Caesar salad had more white and yellow hard core than green lettuce. The green that was there was wilted. Very disappointed and will not order from this location again.

I had a hard time thinking about what I should write here without it sounding like a food snob.
My family and I come here to this location 3 times in the last month. My children have food allergies and this restaurant is very good with food allergies.
Last night was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. My husband and I thought we would come here for a date night, no kids. Exciting, only the service was very poor - well not there at all.
The very nice hostess sat us down at a table. Told us our waitstaff would be right with us. She even cleaned the table for us and made sure it was wiped down. We sat. We sat. We sat. Around 11 minutes My husband calls over the nice hostess who is cleaning off another table and asked if our waitstaff lost their way to our table. (A joke of course) and the hostess asked if anybody spoke to us yet. He simply said no. So she said she would be right back. I could see she went back to the back and she spoke to someone, but still nobody came to our table. The manager who is in a blue shirt, male with a ponytail, goes scrambling around. As I watched the entire time there are at least 3 other wait staff with no tables and two waitress that I could clearly see serving tables and taking orders. Still nobody at my table.... 4 minutes go by and my husband and I go to leave. As we are getting up and walking out the door, please remember nobody has came to us or even spoke to us, the manager simply said wait.... and I was angry and said 15 minutes and not one person came to speak to us. He said he was aware.
Let me tell you... 1st and foremost it should only take up to 5 minutes at the most before a guest is spoken to. 2nd if you the manager know there's a problem. Step up! Grow a pair... come speak to your customer. Tell your customer, I'm sorry about your wait, we are understaffed, but can I take your drink orders or food orders for you.
Again as I said we have been here 3 times in a month because of the food being allergy friendly, but I can promise you, I will NEVER be coming to this location ever again. It's only a 10 minute drive from my house and I would rather go an 1/2 hour out of my way to avoid your establishment.
I hope your company sees this complaint. I hope the management learns from this experience and I truly hope it never happens again. I doubt that will be the case as I know for a fact we weren't the only ones last evening to not be waited on in a timely manner.

First time at this location, the staff were very welcoming and the layout of the restaurant felt open and not too crowded like other chain steakhouses. We got a well done steak for our son, husband had a burger and I tried the peppered tuna with a side of chili... Everything was tasty, I loved the tuna, but I wasn't a big fan of the dressing, tasted too generic.
