The pork banh mih was ok. The place was clean, bright and pretty which is great as a third place. The business hours and when they actually open do not match though. Google maps said they are open 10am. I was there 11 and they still weren't open.

I am giving a 5 star because the boba drink was very good and the boba wasn’t hard? .I love boba that’s not hard . I would totally recommend people to go there.I can’t wait to try more boba and the food .

5 stars all the way! Best boba we have ever had! The attention to detail and quality was incomparable. Best in the area. Just wish they had a larger menu. Everything was amazing and the service was excellent and staff was super sweet!

I recently had the pleasure of dining here during my out-of-town visit, and I must say it felt like a slice of Vietnam right here in town.. We tried Pho, Banh Khot, Salted Coffee, Springrolls, and Boba Tea, and every dish was top-notch. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the thinly sliced onions to the perfectly shredded pickles. It was like a taste of home, just like my Vietnamese mother's cooking. The seasoning was spot on, not too salty like some other places.. The service was excellent. The staff, whether they were servers or the owners, were extremely polite and friendly. They didn't hesitate to bring us more lime when we asked for it.. The decor was light and pleasant, a refreshing change from the usual Vietnamese Pho restaurants that can feel a bit cramped. It was so comfortable that my sister and I even stayed a bit to get some work done. To our delight, they offered us complimentary tea and snacks.P30 is a great place with great food and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I don't usually take the time to make reviews about a place but the $6 taro bubble tea that I got tasted like iced milk with rock hard tapioca
