Second update: it is always very slow here, not crowded at all. And yet for some reason this is the slowest Panera bread in the area.

i talked to the boy at the speaker and he told me to pull to the window and it proceeded to take 12 MINUTES to get my food that was just sitting on the counter. in those 12 minutes i watched him and his coworker walk past me 7 times, stick their tongues out at eachother, chase eachother, and finally one of them just sat on the floor. i honked my horn 3 times and still was not greeted. i was finally greeted after i stuck my head out the window and waved my arms. not to mention they forgot my baguette and my dressing for my salad. just poor customer service all around.

Took 25 minutes before they even started making the order. Tables were all filthy and the one table that the worker cleaned did a half a job. They shouldn't be taking orders if they can't service the customers. Not coming back again.

NEVER promise what you cannot deliver. It is NOT rapid delivery. Instead you should call it TURTLE delivery.

Just wanted to share a review about the iced coffee. Among all Panera Breads in the area, this one consistently has the best iced coffee. Thanks for holding the standard! All other places are inconsistent, some being so watered down, it tastes awful.

I did not like the new design of restaurant at all. Food took forever to be ready and then was cold. Dirty dishes stacked really high. Will never go back. I will go to one by Boscovs.

Don't use drive-thru unless you pre-order. Asked if order was placed on app, replied no. Told I would have to wait then. Wendy's was delicious and actually took the order. Rude and won't return.
The food quality is not as expected. Avocado toast was served with partially spread avocado and frozen avocado. Our bagel was burnt rather than toasted. Service is also slow and disappointing.

This morning, I ordered a medium latte through the drive-thru and waited 18 minutes. I had to go back into the store and ask about my order again, and it still took them another 6 minutes to get my coffee. A total of 24 minutes for a coffee—completely ridiculous! The customer service was terrible. Stay away.
The old location on the pike was definitely better. I ordered food in advance for delivery to be here at 12:30 and it didn’t get here until 1:10 because they messed the order up. My sandwich was cold, soggy.
