The breadsticks were good but I ordered a hand toss pizza and I ended up with thin crust on both Pizzas they added no sauce it taste like crap never again will I order from this pizza hut.

This location has gone down hill. The workers never care. The food is over cooked, or cold, and not prepared correctly.
Parking: The parking lot is cracked and potholed. Limited space and worse pull out spot, my car isn't lowered and it scrapes every time, no matter how slow or angled I am.

The food is just not good. I keep trying them hoping they will get better, but from now on I think when I want Pizza Hut I will make the drive to Carlisle Pike. Try to have pride in the product you serve.

The service from the Simpson Street Pizza Hut has been undoubtedly the worst food service I can ever remember getting in the past decade.
We ordered food at 5:15, when the delivery arrived, the driver made no attempt to notify us that the order was there, simply sat the food on our porch and proceeded to stand there on his phone. This was at 5:42, picked up on our ring camera.
At 5:51, we got an email from pizza hut saying that our order was out for delivery, this was already far behind the delivery window, which said 25-35 minutes from our order time.
At 6:43 I walked out front to find a warm soda and a bunch of soiled food.
I called Pizza Hut and spent almost 6 minutes arguing with the manager, who adamantly defended that his driver knocked and made plenty of attempts to notify us the food was there. In addition, instead of putting me on hold, he instead played the phone down and I was able to hear the conversations between the driver and him, raising voices, saying that he slammed on the door and screamed Pizza numerous times, which was not at all what was picked up on our camera, which, by the way, he dodged the other cameras that cover the front street and driveway, so he had to have come through the side yard, where we would have had no notice, and our dog wouldn't have heard.
After arguing with the manager, that if he didn't refund me, I would submit the video, and emails, and timestamps to visa for refund, he finally backed off and refunded us for this ruined food.
I will never deal with this Pizza Hut again, or maybe Pizza Hut in general ever again. This was the most unprofessional and childish interaction I've ever had with an establishment.

Make sure if you order a supreme pizza that you ask for it to be cooked “well done”, otherwise your dough will be completely raw. This is what we were told when we complained that our supreme pizza we received was raw. So if you order a pizza with “a bunch of toppings on it” just know that you have to ask for it to be cooked longer.

Got a big meal box, they messed up a little bit: 1 pizza did not get a topping we added, but they did remove the onions as requested and we didn't get marinara sauce for our breadsticks. We did not call back because it was all good enough and was not worth the drive back to get it fixed.
Parking: This location is a complete nightmare to get in and out of. Just look at google earth - there's no way for this to flow, and you are right next to a busy road so if you back out onto the street you could get a surprise when someone comes onto the little side road.

I did carry out. The girl at the counter was nice and friendly. There was almost no bacon on the pizza I ordered, but plenty of pepperoni on the other pizza I ordered. There was a good amount of BBQ sauce on the wings. The bread sticks weren't as good as they normally are.
