Love going here best wishes& pizza is the best get the right person to make it .All the managers deserve a raise they r wonderful..And y'all need another new tip.jar just saying didn't look safe where it's at... Food was not fresh, it was at least a few hours old, it was dry and the slices seem like they were from 3 different pizzas. The staff don’t seem to care what so ever. Went in the other week and it was all teenagers one of which was smoking inside, and were to busy talking than to get my food. Rude service and lack of quality will not go back and I don’t recommend you eat here either.

I believe in allowing an entity to "make things right", but this one failed. Back on 21 August, we had ordered multiple pizzas for some guests at our house, and when the pizzas arrived (delivery), we found them to be severely UNDERcooked. Undercooked to the point where even the first slice was "spit out" and the remainder of the pizzas could not be eaten and were tossed in the trash. I sent a critique to Pizza Hut (via Twitter), and the critique was passed along to the manager of the Sporting Green restaurant. She called me and apologized and offered a $30.00 credit in the system under my phone number so that if/when I would call in a future order, this $30.00 could be applied. Fast forward.....I decided to drive to Pizza Hut (same location) on the afternoon of Friday 11 November to order two pizzas (carry-out), but before ordering, I had asked the front counter to confirm whether the $30.00 was, in fact, in the system and available to be credited toward the payment. It was not there - at least not that she could tell. She also insisted that I would need to order FIRST, then any credits could be applied. But, I wanted assurance that IF I were to order, and the $30.00 was not there, that I could then cancel the order. That, she could not guarantee. But, she did state that "Justin" (another manager) would be able to confirm and get back with me. He never did. This would have been an easy fix on the part of Pizza Hut Sporting Green to make a simple phone call and confirm with the manager the agreement for the $30.00; however, I was/am disappointed that Pizza Hut did not make any effort. That said, this is now a closed matter. I will no longer be ordered ANY pizzas from Pizza Hut Sporting Green, and I would suggest to others to be wary of this location preparing pizzas in an edible fashion. I will be taking my business to Sal's and Jo-Jo's going forward. Sporting Green: You had your opportunity to make things right, and failed.

I ordered online to pick up for carry out. my total for my order was $34.78 and my card was charged for $41.73. proceeded to call the store and spoke to a very rude manager named terra who was the one who rang me out for my order. she told me there was nothing they could do and my $6.95 that I was charged over the price of what my order actually was is unknown and there was no way she could help me. made me feel stupid and like I didn't have the proof in front of me. very rude and unprofessional and have a feeling they are tipping themselves extra on not only my card but other people's cards and everyone needs to be aware and keep an eye out on what their actual purchase total is and what they are actually being charged on their cards.

Gave me the wrong pasta ?? if you’re out of Alfredo let your customers know instead me throwing $9 down the drain. The personal pan pizza was good tho!!

All in all what you would come to expect in a post pandemic Era, no dining room seating and even though they do not make the batman calzone it's well worth the bite if your looking for fast food pizzas!

They don't have their own drivers anymore and are now using door dash. This is the second time we didn't get our whole order. And when we called, they said it isn't their problem since it is delivered even though they collect a fee for delivery. We never used to have problems here, but it has become a consistent problem.

STAY AWAY!!! THEY'RE AWFUL!!! BUY LOCAL!!! We have been a customer at this Pizza Hut for 11 years. All this time they were pretty average as Pizza Hut deliveries go. However, we recently ordered delivery online, and it never arrived. We tried 8 times to call the store. No one there answered, so we were transferred to the nationwide Pizza Hut call center. No matter how many times we tried to explain to the receptionist that the store wasn't answering their phones, they insisted that they had to transfer us to the store. Nothing. Busy signal. We reached out via Facebook and Twitter, and only a bot responded stating there was nothing they could do, and here's a code for a discount pizza. Dead end. Now the interesting part: I had to wait until the pending charge became a full charge on my credit card so I could dispute it. Part of the dispute process is to contact the merchant. SO I figured that I'd call again. No answer, directed right to the useless national call center, who yet again transferred me to the store. Busy signal. I tried again, and this time they answered! The woman on the other end was flustered as I explained the situation. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes, then she got back on and asked for my name and phone number, so "Corey" could call me back, and guess what? Nothing. We are DONE with Pizza Hut.

Just close this damn location. The hours are so screwy anyway this location might as well not even exist. Ordered on 11/12. Apparently your orders are fulfilled by doordash. After waiting for almost 2 hours and countless calls to the restaurant that went unanswered, I drove there myself. I was told that doordash was responsible to delivering the order. I don't care whose fault it was. Taking money without providing any service is illegal.

Order submitted online at Pizza Hut. 8 minutes later, I get message order is out for delivery....GREAT! 55 minutes later, I call repeatedly trying to find out what happened - I live 7 minutes away (never talk to anyone - nice fax signal one time, no answer at all after. At 1 hour+10 minutes, I get my order. Everything was cold. I'm sure it was an issue with off-loading the ship in CA or something.... LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS with this HUT!

Worst place EVER!!! My estimate delivery was 35-45 min an hour and half later and finally showed up! I called and called and called no answer or they hung up on me! I'm beyond upset!!! It takes alot for me to write a bad review! This was UNACCEPTABLE!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR PEOPLE!!

The old miserable heavy set women that didn't really help us when we picked up our order should not be working at Pizza Hut. She gave my wife an attitude when asked a simply question and then proceeded to make us feel stupid about it. She proceeded to say that our order would take twice as long now because she runs the show and that's how she works and if we didn't like it we could leave.
