A group of 8 of us went for dinner, so we sampled quite a few menu offerings. Some were excellent, such as their ribs, very tender, recommend the spicy bbq sauce, original is very sweet. The pub style fish was also excellent, in addition to the cheesesteak wrap. The salads are large and fresh, but only iceberg lettuce is used and a bit skimpy, other toppings and meat are plentiful. They have a large selection of wing flavors, although I wasn't impressed with the wings themselves. They forgot the ranch on the BBQ Ranch loaded tots, a featured appetizer, and were unsure it was supposed to be on them, despite the name & sign by our table. The pulled pork really has no seasoning and is bland without sauce. The macaroni & cheese was barely warm, surprisingly since it's both a side and an entree, definitely not worth the upcharge for a premium side. Skip the steak here, despite claiming "Steak is our middle name" they don't know how to grill a steak. Ordered the ribeye, medium, & it was definitely NOT done on a grill, probably oven. It wasn't browned nicely, a lot of grisle, and way undercooked by the bone. Very large selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non. Unique decorations, bathroom signs are a bit uncouth for my taste. This is an alright place to meet for drinks and bar appetizers, although we probably won't return.

Not a very good experience tonight. The place was not very busy, but still 40 minutes to get 3 burgers. And the one they said they were waiting on to be done was cold on top...if they were waiting for it, and was brought out right away, how was it cold??? Poor service...the bartender/waitress was not good. In fact, it looked as though she was either brand new or covering for a call-off. She was clueless...didn't even know how to make a margarita. Then, never checked on us til we were nearly finished. My 27 yr old son said the best thing about it was the restroom...had a tv in it. Not going back.

Years ago, I stumbled upon the original QSL while working in Sharon, PA. They had a lunch buffet that was a great deal. (Interestingly, Sharon had one of the earliest Panara Bread - about 20 years ago.) So, I was happy to see one opening up in Mechanicsburg. Despite other reviews, I always enjoy the wings here. Today, I ordered the Mild and Honey Jalapeí±o and both were excellent. If you're craving some wings, definitely check them out. They have a full menu too.

Stopped in on a bike night to eat. Food was okay, our waitress was nice. In my opinion the prices were pretty high for what we ordered. Nothing outstanding about this place, you could be in any one of a handful of the chains that populate the Carlisle Pike. With all the places to pick from close to us, we probably won't go back.

Review increased to three stars because they finally replaced that sticky green carpet! Good for them, it was a much needed improvement. The food hasn't been as good lately but, again, no more sticky carpet rocks! Thank you for this improvement!

After a very disappointing wait at the restaurant across the street, we left and decided to try Quaker steak. We were seated in 3 minutes by Ashley who was charming, friendly, helpful, and frankly a pleasure to talk to. Ordered the parmesan pepper wings and I tire cracker wings, pretty much what we expected. Ordered the Bavarian pretzels and the fresh chips - really really tasty. Everything was fresh and hot and my daughter's caramel milkshake was ridiculous. If you're in the area, stop into this Quaker steak and lube they really know how to do customer service right.

Little pricey but my whole.family loved it here. The kids meals are priced good and the food is great. Love the atmosphere!

I'm upping this review based on the restaurants customer service after I posted my 2-star review. Management reached out to me and made things right which I can appreciate. It doesn't change the visit I had with the less than great experience but it shows me that management is interested in fixing issues they know about. I'll give them another chance now thanks to this.

What a weird experience. My son and I stopped at this restaurant after going to skyzone last weekend. I ordered a sweet tea as a drink and my server brought out an unsweetened tea and said "We're brewing a fresh pot, so here's unsweetened and I'll bring you sugar." Never did bring out any sweet tea for me. I'm not sure if my server just took an instant dislike to me or if he was high, but my service was weird and spotty. I was a server once so I am always ultra polite, never complain, please and thank you to everything, but this guy was just off the whole time no matter what. The food was mediocre. We ordered some appetizers and wings, they were okay, but not great. I will not be eating here again after the weird service and meh food.

Meh. Everything we ordered was really only just "okay." I'm actually having a hard time calling it that. This was our first time here and we were far from impressed. Everything really didn't seem to have that much taste and came out looking and tasting like it had been sitting out or had been reheated. 5 chicken tenders and a few pieces of fried mozzerella was $12.99... yeah, no. Boyfriend's rack of ribs disappointed him. Even the appetizer kind of sucked. Food was way overpriced for mediocre at best quality. We won't be back any time soon.

First time eating at a Quaker steak and lube. The experience was wonderful and the food was also wonderful. We had a great server and just really enjoyed our time here. We were in a large group and were taken care of very well. Definitely will try more of these places.

My husband loves all you can beat wings Tuesday. I would love it too if I wasn't limited to only eating certified organic chicken, I use to love the macaroni & cheese burger that they don't have any move but the cheese steaks are good. For dessert the funnel fries are awesome!

Food is wonderful. The staff is really pleasant. Always so helpful and smiling faces.

Worst wings I've ever had. And so overpriced. I like my wings with some sauce. What I received was a dry, overcooked, sauceless basket of wings and a few slices of celery. My bill was over $16 for 10 tiny wings, celery, bleu cheese, and an iced tea. That's insane. And that's why I never want to have wings there again. If you're thinking about coming here for wings, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
