Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We ordered burgers through Uber Eats. I ordered No Pink. When the meal got here, my salad had lime yellow cucumbers which I just picked off. No biggie. Then bit into my burger which was room temp and when I looked at and touched my burger it was actually cool and bright pink. I called to let the manager know. A team member answered hello which I for a second thought I called the wrong place when she answered like a friend but then when she realized I was confused, she corrected herself and I asked for the manager. Manager was so nice and said she would let the cooks know. I thought that she was going to offer something or be a tiny bit more sympathetic since I paid for a burger & the inconvenience of me not having anything to eat but that was literally it. I wasn’t even expecting or going to take what she offered. But when my husband heard the response, he was not happy with the response when the burger was Raw. I do think he is right. Very unprofessional. Waste of money for no meal not to mention it is a burger place.

Everything was good the food, service and everything. Until I took a closer look at my cup and spoon before I even took a drink or used my spoon. LOOK AT UTENSILS AND CUPS WHN YOU GET THEM!!

$43 for two basic burgers served by a gruff server. Can we sub onion rings? Sure. Can we have grilled onions. Sure. Get the bill a the rings are $5 and the grilled onions $3. Would have been nice to know when we ordered. Easy solution, we won’t go back.

Been awhile since we were there. It's gonna be a longer time before I go back. Nothing memorable about the food at all, with the exception of the second round of sweet potato fries being burnt.

My family will not return to this Red Robin. There are better options in the area that offer quality food and service. Our latest visit was at an off peak time and the restaurant was not busy. It all started with a waitress that spilled a drink all over my son. She didn't offer to help clean up but did bring extra napkins. Then, we were able to see some burgers sitting on the counter, for at least 10 minutes. Sure enough, it was our order. The burgers and fries were cold so we notified the waitress who then put it a replacement order. When the replacement order arrived, it was hot and fresh like we are accustomed to at Red Robin. There was a guy who appeared to be the manager that stood by and kept staring at us and the wait staff, but didn't do anything to help anyone. I thought maybe he'd stop by after our food was returned to the kitchen.... Nope! And nope, we won't be back.
