I recently ordered a large quantity of bagels from Ressler's Bagels for a wedding brunch, and I am absolutely amazed by the quality and service they provided. These are hands-down the best bagels I have ever tasted!From the moment I arrived at 8 AM to pick up my order, I was met with friendly smiles and an impressively organized process. First time here today. Old lady at the counter was.. how can i put it... crotchety? Unfriendly and straight to it. No smile. Nothing. I ordered an egg sandwich and a dozen bagels. I ordered 2 eggs, over medium with bacon, sausage and cheese on a lightly toasted egg everything bagel. What I got was 2 eggs over hard with only sausage, on a not toasted everything bagel. After all the rave, I'm very disappointed. More attention to detail is needed and some genuine customer service wouldn't hurt.

I live in Hershey and happened to be over off Simpson Ferry for a Birthday party. I was strolling around and found Ressler’s just by chance. Holy smokes was I blown away. The bagels were phenomenal so I called my husband and he ordered two lunch sandwiches to go. He was equally impressed. I have a reason to head that way more often! Delicious food all around!
