Won't price match other Sam's stores. Says they're out of stock of items that have literal pallets on the floor, so I can't order pickup. Not reliable at all.

Store isn’t bad but there’s ALWAYS more employees standing around talking instead of actually working… today these 2 woman were standing there talking and laughing and ignoring customers while there were only 2 normal registers open with the type of long lines you’d expect at Walmart and the attitude they both got when an elderly couple asked them for assistance was absolutely disgusting… after seeing the way they treated an elderly customer I was half tempted to leave my cart with $680 worth of items in it and leave the store but I didn’t have time to run to Costco and unfortunately needed most of the items for last day of school goodie bags but I will not be shopping here anymore and will be canceling my membership. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE ATTITUDE THAT I WITNESSED TOWARDS A SENIOR CITIZEN JUST BECAUSE THESE TWO WOMAN WANT A PAYCHECK BUT VERY OBVIOUSLY DON’T WANT TO WORK FOR IT.

Gayle the women who scans your receipt when your leaving is a racist rude person, I’ve seen it first hand, she also shoved our cart into her stool in-front of my children and kept pushing it all because she was being rude and racist to the 3 women infront of us and we didn’t want to stand there and watch it. I do maintenance for different Sam's Clubs all over, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, New York, and Delaware and this is by far the nicest, well kept, friendliest one i have had the pleasure of visiting. You can tell that you take pride in how your store looks and there was a special pride in your employees. From the Manager to the cart guy, everyone was so polite and respectful.

Went here this morning. The level of thought put into how your company handles a crisis is applaud. Making sure someone is keeping the flow into the store in check to limiting so there's enough for others. Associates were pleasant and efficient. was in and out in 23 minutes.
