I wish their customer service was better. I purchased the Chocolate Creme (rum based liqueur) for $29 a bottle...not cheap...on 2/18 and opened it on 2/25. When I finally got it to come out of the bottle it was like a thick milkshake pouring really slow and came out in some clumps. Knowing it's a Creme and having purchased it before, I know it doesn't pour like wine, but thinking it shouldn't pour like that. Arcona doesn't have a phone so I started a chat to ask them about it and it went unanswered, then I called and left a voice mail message at the Harrisburg winery and still no return call. First winery I have encountered that doesn't have a phone number at a location, answer their phone, or at least respond to a message.

Perfect spot to relax and have a good drink with friends and family. They even provide board games, and there’s usually plenty of space available. I’m personally not a fan of live music, sometimes it’s too loud that makes it hard to have conversations and the music genre is not always for everyone.

This is a nice place to hang out with friends. The wine, beer, hard ciders, and spirits are great! The food is really good too!
Lots of beer options and discounted during happy hour! Also wine and other drinks but we only had beer. Food was really great and hope to go back next time in town to try more. Had a live band while visiting which was nice. Wasn't too crowded but not empty. Will be back again.

I told them several times I had a tomato allergy. I asked about everything I ordered to make sure. I ordered the fig and pig flatbread. They cut it with the same slicer they had previously cut a tomato pizza with. I didn’t notice at first until after I ate my first slice. I was there for a hat event. Though I had my epipen I didn’t feel I ingested enough for it to be an emergency. My friends all ran around to see if anyone had any Benadryl. One of them left to get Benadryl at a nearby pharmacy. The owner/manager did not once come over to see if I was ok. Even knowing someone was having an allergy. This could have been the worst customer service experience I ever had!

Went for dinner and drinks on a week night. We went to order our dinner and they were "out" of numerous menu items (crab dip, bruschetta, and cheese steak) . When asked if there was an issue, she just shrugged her shoulders. This could be a great place given the location and atmosphere, management needs to work on service and making sure they have what is advertised on their menu. Maybe weekends are better??? .

Nice new place set up in Arcona we decided to stop in for a glass of wine & a slushie for the wife we tried Chef Tony's soft pretzels with beer cheese it was a great accompaniment to our drinks! Chef Tony also has a menu and provides the food at the winery. It's a self serve type where you pick up your food and clean up after yourself! More of a modern day sort of winery set up for tasting and also retailing! The Spring Gate winery also serves up some on tap beers as well as a few mixed cocktails. They do provide entertainment some nights.

Had a bridal celebration in the mezzanine, ordered food and drinks as we went. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was fabulous!

This is an amazing place that encourages interaction with fellow guests. Please get more sound proofing. The sound echos so bad that everything is distorted especially when there is life music. Wine is amazing, food is top notch and unique. Cashiers could be a little more patient and friendlier.

Here for Trivia Night. The atmosphere is great, the wine shop is fantastic. They have a good food menu, lots of wine choices, along with slushies etc. They host a wide variety of evens through the year.

the bartenders were not very nice, nor welcoming for it being our first time. Wish there was more of a selection for non alcoholic beverages also, theres like 4 options. Food was the best thing honestly, the asparagus fries were really good. Besides that i will probably not return as service was really that off-putting.

Went in with a friend while visiting. You order your wine/drink at the counter when you first walk in then off to the side is where you order food. It was slow, at end of lunch. Food was excellent! Service was a little slow, but they were prepping in the back. We weren't in a rush so didn't mind. Prices were around $15 and $8 for the fries. Overall, highly recommend.
