I've ordered here a ton (always a pink drink with chocolate cold foam) and they're always great. Today though was amazing!! The two employees working were so sweet and kind. I cannot stress enough how great they are!!! Thanks again, Emma and Mirella!!

99% of the time they're out of sweet cream.... In a grocery store. Walk over to the case and get one. SWEET CREAM IS IN HALF OF YOUR DRINKS!
They try to blame it on Giant, but it's on them. Supply chain, logistics, and properly ordering would solve this problem.
Put a freaking sign out saying you don't have it so I don't wait in line to have you tell me that you don't have any.

I normally don't write reviews, but this was RIDICULOUS! When I went, there was only one person working!! I tried to give her a tip, but she said she wasn't allowed!! This is OUTRAGEOUS! It makes me very upset that they are making TEENAGERS work ALONE and don't allow us to reward them!

It's a Starbucks; no more, and no less. Nothing to set this about (plus or minus) from any other place. There was adequate seating for a quick business discussion, despite it being very busy.
