I’ve been to this location multiple times because I’m a barista myself and I don’t like going to the location I work at cause I think it’s weird haha I’ve encountered a couple mess ups before but nothing crazy and unfixable, today however was a great experience!! The lady who made my drink order made it better then even I have made it!! She was so sweet I’m so upset I didn’t look at her name tag but she had very dark hair it was up in a claw clip and was wearing a dark headband as well. I hope this review gives her some kind of recognition because she’s the barista EVERYONE deserves!!!! I hope next time I go she’s working because this drink is so yummy 100 out of 5 stars ⭐️

This location has the worst coffee drinks. There must be something wrong with the espresso machine. We go to different Starbucks locations almost every day. There’s a clear bad difference with drinks from here.

Coffee was not delivered to me when they said it would be. When I finally went up and picked it up It was Luke warm not the extra hot I asked for. I usually come 3 or 4 timed a week, no more. I will go back to Panama.

I usually go to a Starbucks in giant because they actually know what they are doing but I was in a time crunch so went here. They consistently mess up orders. I asked for 6 pumps in my venti. I got zero. I had already driven away to go to work when I noticed. I just don’t understand why they can’t read the cup. Do not go here! Take the time go to giant. They are way better.

I've never had to wait so long in a Drive-Thru at Starbucks as I did on this visit. I ordered a head in the app and when I finally made it up to the window after a very long wait they hadn't even completed our drinks yet and I ordered long before I got to the store

I am sitting here enjoying breakfast and felt compelled to write a review because of what I noticed. When someone walks in the door every single staff member happily greets them. They smile at customers as they come out with their orders. It’s wild, really. We can’t know what’s going on behind the scenes but it seems like something is going right in this store. Also the falafel pocket is delightful 🫶

I ordered this ice matcha latte with vanilla sweet cream fome and the lady in drive through she just put fome the half of the bottle is only fome and there is no ice and it didn’t even taste like match. This is the worse experience I had ever at this place.
