I dnt know if it's the staff or the managing- but this is the worst starbucks I've ever been to. I ordered 1 drink- 3 cars ahead of me each ordered 1 drink- but I waited 20 mins!
The girl taking orders just stands in the window, not helping, yet had the audacity to ASK for a tip!
I want to like this due to location- but going to the one inside Giant or Target is SOOOO much better !

I used to come here super often. Last time I went, I swore never to go back. They forgot the chai in my chai latte. I asked them to remake it, and there was no apology.
The first time I went around, the Baristas were trying to pull a prank on me and pretend that I wasn't speaking to a human. It wasted time, I had to be somewhere. I've never seen a place be so unprofessional. I used to work for the company and behavior like that was put of the question.
As someone with social issues, this dissapointed me greatly. The people at the Starbucks ny Cedar Cliff are very kind and always get my order right. Go there if you need Starbucks in the area.

There are 5 employees, and only one person prepares all the orders, and she brings them quickly and unprofessionally. I ordered a cappuccino, more than half of which was nothing, just foam, and when I asked for it again, she “refused” and told me this is a cappuccino! So I spoke to another employee and he asked her to return the order. She did not return it, but rather put milk on top of it so that it became a cup of milk only!! My worst experience at Starbucks around the world..

I have never written a bad review of a Starbucks because I worked at a very busy one for 5 years and I understand the plight of the barista. My complaint is mostly about how this store is run, and maybe Starbucks locations as a whole, but my experiences here have been particularly bad.
I understand this is a busy location, and having worked in an extremely busy Starbucks myself I understand that sometimes things take time. But I was always told you do what you can to get drinks to the customers as fast as possible. At this location it seems that customers who order in the store at the counter get the lowest priority, which seems backwards to me. Online orders and drive through orders seem to come up significantly faster and get priority. In fact I've never had a single issue using the drive through at this store.
Every time I come inside and order at the register my order takes an inordinate amount of time. Without fail. And, while I'm waiting on an order drive through orders and online orders are being filled all around mine, and half of the employees are completely uninvolved in drink making. Again, this is not a personal attack against the baristas, this is probably them just following policy, which is very obviously not working. Today I ordered a single iced coffee. One drink. It took ten minutes. I had to ask if it had gotten lost because I was so surprised at how long it was taking. In my experience working in Starbucks if a single drink took ten minutes something was very, very wrong, and if a customer was standing, waiting at the end of the bar for that long I would certainly have asked them what they were waiting on, or at the very least acknowledged them.
Online ordering is killing customer service, and it's become very obvious in this store. There was a point where Howard Schultz (Starbucks former CEO) developed a concept called third place. The idea was that Starbucks could be a place that wasn't home or work that people could feel comfortable to spend time. It seems that concept is dead, now it's just a beverage factory pushing out whatever gets typed in, and that isn't even being done efficiently.
I think maybe getting away from coffee and spewing out a never-ending menu of fruit mocktails and having 6 different nondairy options have complicated something that used to be fairly simple.
Either way, I think I'll be avoiding this Starbucks.

Got my first iced coffee. Never a fan. Was taking my daughter out to her favorite place and tried her favorite drink. Tried something new. It was ok. Don't understand the hype. Just add ice to your coffee after it cools off and there ya go?. Cinnamon coffee cake was amazing. Very happy with my order, service and our cups.

If you need Starbucks over on the Carlisle Pike, just go to the Starbucks inside the giant because they will do your order right. Faithfully I get A lemonade with Matcha And I asked to add strawberries. Literally that simple. This facility asked me what type of strawberries am I looking for, strawberry paree, strawberry syrup all these different things and I said all I want is just regular strawberries added to the drink. They tried to charge me extra. I told them I will go to another Starbucks and they said OK, Have a good day with a rude tone. They would not listen to me, when I looked at the screen for what I asked for they put a fruit passion drink on there. I just wish they would have took the time to listen to me and what I was asking for. I will not go back here. I will continue to just keep going to the other Starbucks that does my order right. I went to the other Starbucks right after and they did my order correctly did not charge me and just put strawberry pieces in the drink.

Standard Starbucks layout with cheery efficient staff. Stopped to spend a gift card on a couple of bags of whole bean coffee. Place was very busy.

I usually don’t write any bad reviews, but this location has messed up my orders on more than one occasion. Usually they put way too much milk in the drinks or don’t even make them right, but this time I asked for cinnamon powder. Usually that means a little on top and here is what I was given. It honestly made me feel sick to even drink it. Nobody wants to drink ground cinnamon, and I think it’s ridiculous to even serve that. I also asked for caramel syrup and it was completely bitter. I don’t plan on ordering from this location anymore. I gave them multiple chances and lately they’ve been messing up my orders. It’s a shame because I’ve been ordering through UberEats so it’s more expensive.
