I ordered doordash and I ordered a refresher and a sandwich and when I got my order the drink doesn't even taste right and I got no sandwich with a card in my bag that says they are sold out like ??? you would think that Starbucks would call the customer to tell them this but no I'm at work with no lunch because your sold out I get it your sold out that's okay but Starbucks should of called instead of putting nothing in my bag this store is disappointing

My initial experiences at this Starbucks are usually positive and of no consequence. However, today upon ordering, I gave the barista named Brooklyn my water bottle and asked for warm water. To any typical high school graduate this means, not hot water or cold water. Warm water means tap water. After the barista ensured she understood my request of warm water, she then asked me if I wanted the water bottle filled all the way. Then, for whatever reason she fills the water bottle with boiling hot water, and handed it to me. Upon drinking it unsuspectingly, I ended up spitting the water and burning my tongue and roof of my mouth right away. Due to the shock of given boiling hot water, I exclaimed to Brooklyn and her co-worker who both simply looked on to be with blank stares that she had given me hot water. Without any kind of apology or sympathy, she then slammed my order to the counter and then began to complain that I had asked for that water. Now, I am not the person who typically cares for having the most above and beyond customer service, but I expect to be treated right just as the actual barista expects the same. But if you end up serving someone boiling hot water, and burning their mouth, there should be some kind of compassion garnered. When I had asked for the manager, I was met with the same blank stares and the reply of "The manager is not here today." How incredibly convenient for them! Then when asking for Brooklyn's name, she replied to my question directly enthusiasm and not a lick of shame, after the incident that she was responsible for. Needless to say, I will not be coming into this Starbucks ever again. It seems as though the common courtesy and care of Starbucks associates are gone and lost. Be cautious of the false pretenses these youths have when working. They will continue to injure customers their whole lives.

I went here a long time ago, around 2019. I was trapped in a very abusive relationship, where if I’d bring something home made the wrong way, I’d get hit for it. I mentioned the coffee I ordered for them to be made with no sugar, twice, because he was 1, diabetic and 2, I knew if I brought home a drink with sugar, I’d be beat that night. The employees MOCKED my request, by frantically repeating NO SUGAR NO SUGAR GOD FORBID YOU PUT ANY SUGAR IN, DONT FORGET ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR!!!!! Then they all laughed amongst each other. It was very rude and unforgivable to me. The drinks were decent, the service was atrocious.

Starbucks in Carlisle is located at a convenient location. It is crowded most of the time. Their drive through is big. I love their pumpkin spice latte and a couple of other drinks. Three starts cause I liked only a few drinks at this location and pumpkin Latte is one of them.

The drinks are pretty standard, made by kids just trying to have a job which I totally get. But the place always has trash on the tables, always extremely noisy due to it being at the checkout lines and it's just "eh" compared to some other Target Starbucks I've visited.

Employees are super fast and polite. The Starbucks may be too small for this location. Although they are fast there is always a line due to the high flow of shoppers! Employees keep the line moving and always have a smile on.
