This may be the friendliest Starbucks (or any coffee shop) I've ever been to. People behind the counter are joyful without being fake, attentive without being intrusive, and genuine with customers' interactions. This doesn't happen by accident, so whoever is leading this location deserves acknowledgement for creating a well-balanced work environment for their employees and how that affects customers. Most of the staff and baristas at this location are warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. However, I have noticed that the atmosphere can occasionally feel tense, particularly when certain management styles come into play. Today, I felt as though I was inadvertently caught up in a stressful situation, which affected my experience.
While Starbucks offers convenience, if you're seeking a more personalized, hometown cafe vibe, I would encourage supporting local coffee shops for a different experience.

Ordered a toasted everything bagel with butter. Bagel was cold and the 2 tiny butter packets they gave me were frozen. It Was not easy trying to spread frozen butter on a cold bagel. I was very displeased.

7AM on a Wednesday. I just ran in to purchase the Discovery Series Mug, I collect them. But the entire staff was SO KIND. Everyone had a smile on their face I was greeted as soon as I walked in and told to have a wonderful day as I left. It felt so nice. I was headed to an interview and nervous. So it really left me feeling good. Thanks guys 🫶🏼

The individual that helped me at the drive-thru was so nice and a great employee! The drink was super well made and even after my 20 min drive home it was still delicious. They gave me a lil pup cup for my dog and the banana nut bread was very good. I had never been to this starbucks before today but it's a good one.

I just spent a huge study session at this Starbucks location and the staff were absolutely amazing.
They were very personal and friendly.
I've never experience such great hospitality, I'm definitely going to come back here to study again.
