If you are looking for the slowest Starbucks in the country, congratulations! You have found it. While most of the staff are nice, waiting 35 minutes in the drive-thru with no way to get out for a latte is beyond ridiculous, go to literally any other Starbucks is you want your drink within a reasonable time

I'm honestly a little dumbfounded with what I saw...I'm an avid coffee drinker and saw this barista, I heard the name David (?) making my coffee (an iced caramel Brulee latte) in a shaker? Without the espresso shots?? He was going to hand it out with no coffee, no whip or toppings...another barista stopped him before he handed it out but that guy really needs to be retrained.

Previously a good Starbucks but something changed. The area needs a second Starbucks with a drive thru. I actively avoid this one as it's insanely busy. The staff feel overworked and under appreciated.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. For the second time in less than a week I have waited over 30 minutes for coffee. This is absolutely unacceptable. Both times a manager has been walking around behind the counter not helping to get drinks made. There were actually 5 employees and only 2 filling orders. I understand being busy, but neither time was an apology given.

What the hell is it with this place!? Every time I order here it’s like 45 mins for one coffee the parking lot is a mad house. This needs to be torn down and start over. Awful drive through awful expierience. GO to the Starbucks across the street inside the giant you can’t order ahead but you’ll get served faster

took 20 minutes to get my drink and they gave other customers giftcards and not me. there were also no straws with made me wait even longer and even after they gave me one it was too

If you sort the reviews by most recent, it is telling. The service and quality have gone down drastically in recent months. It is a busy Starbucks but the staff is clearly not led or managed well. Orders take a very long time and the quality is not good compared to all other Starbucks locations that I use. The one across the street in the grocery store is way better and faster. I feel bad because it’s really not the fault of the staff but rather who is leading them or at least supposed to be. Getting $6 plus dollar coffee drinks should be much better experience.

Not sure what has happened to this place - the service is just awful. You’re trapped in the drive thru lane too and cannot get out. Even when there are very few in front of you, they just do not move the line. And even ordering ahead, the drinks are never ready. I used to come often and the last few visits unfortunately have changed my mind. Honestly not worth the 25+ min wait consistently every time.
