I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. We were driving home from a trip and after 8 hours in the car, we decided we wanted Subway for dinner when we got home. I placed the order on the app and when I went to pick it up, not only was it not ready, but the young lady working behind the counter told me that they didn't make it because they only had wheat bread and didn't know if that would be okay. I don't know why that wasn't reflected as being unavailable on the app before placing an order, but whatever.Then she told me it would be at least another 25 minutes to make our four subs because they were backed up. She was totally unapologetic and oblivious as to why this was not a good option. I had a hungry, tired family in the car, and I'm diabetic, so the timing of when I eat matters. She made no offers to try and make it right in any way and basically just shrugged her shoulders at me. Finally, instead of refunding my order, she said I needed to go on the app and do it, but there doesn't seem to be any option for that.So now, what was supposed to be a convenience ended up with no food, crying kids, dangerously low blood sugar, and $31.86 charged to my credit card. Plus I have to waste my valuable time figuring all of this out to try and get a refund.Additionally, this location does not honor any of the national print or online coupons. We live 2 minutes away but will be driving the extra distance to spend our money at a Subway that values our business and respects its customers.

This subway location is the worst. We ordered online and went to pick up the order. The employee stated they could not make our food after I waited in the store for 15 minutes. The employee seemed more interested in disappearing into the back and not doing her job. Very poor customer service. Several online orders were the same thing — people came to pick up their order and were told it could not be made. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

The order was for 75 3 inch subs for a special project. Order took a little longer but only saw 2 people working Order. I felt there was not enough lettuce/tomato/onion on the side of which they reluctantly gave us more, but they gave me just enough for the 75 subs. We ordered ham & cheese/Italian and 2 other types of subs. They did a great job even with the small issues we thought needed. They were correct in what they gave us. This happened about two months ago but I'm just now getting around to posting it.I placed an online order and showed up 5-10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. It had not even been started. There were no other customers in the store aside from what appeared to be the family of one of the employees. By the time I got my sandwich it was 20-30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. It was toasted way longer than it should have been. After my experience here I purposely avoid this subway, and will drive to Jersey Mike's.

It's a Subway. Didn't expect anything special. But I was disappointed that I requested curbside pickup and after waiting several minutes in my car I had to go into the restaurant to retrieve the order.Parking: Parking is a nightmare here.

Only two people working, but they were still taking walk-in orders and getting them ready before fulfilling our order that was supposed to have been done. I was forced to wait 30 minutes in the store to get my order and the person behind the counter gave me attitude! I literally watched people walk in, eat, and leave before I got my order placed an hour earlier. I know it’s hard to get anyone to work these days and maybe this one isn’t typically too busy but when customers are walking in while we are waiting for our order that was supposed to be done already and they are getting their orders first, doesn’t seem to be the way it should be done.

If I could rate with negative stars I would. Tonight I placed an order on subway. Com for delivery. I was quoted 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes and still no delivery I called the store. I was informed that my subs were made and sitting there but that they would not be delivering them. I was told I could come pick them up cuz they have been ready. I PAID FOR DELIVERY!!! I asked for a refund then as my subs were now 45 minutes old and probably cold and they were refusing to deliver. I was Told they wouldn't do that because they already made the subs. I told them that was theft of service and I was going to call the police . I was told to talk to a manager but the employee would not tell me how to contact a manager after asking multiple times. So I called the police and filed a theft report. I just wanted to feed my kids and was denied food and my money which was all the money I had to my name. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. A simple refund was all that was needed. See you in court!
