This is the best restaurant in my opinion
I asked a simple question about the app and the girl told me I was being “rude.” I walked straight out. Never giving them my business again. Wish I could give 0 stars.
My sub was good however I ordered the foot long cookie and when I got home and opened it it was as hard as a rock!
I want to give this place a zero! 2 young girls working at 5pm on a Tuesday! I went in to order and I questioned the ordered after one of the girls toasted it because it did not look like what I ordered and the wouldn’t tell me what they put on it? Why? I have a right as I paying customer to make sure I’m getting what I ordered right? Well she wouldn’t say what she put on it just kept saying cold cut and acting like I have no right to ask and I’m weird for asking? I was getting irritated at her arrogant demeanor so I just told her to keep her cold cut lol! What a bunch of immature young kids working there! I’m probably better off not eating at that place because it looked sloppy as well, I hope a manager reads this and corrects the Quality and the manners of the children they have working in that place! Doesn’t matter to me either way anymore I’ll never go back in there and I have a lot of friends at work in the area and I’m also spreading the word to them. They definitely lost some business today.
Exactly same as prior review. Incompetent staff. Does not know how to add value meal for $3.29. Instead charged $12 for individual items. Not cool. Very rude. Ignorant incompetent staff.
They're so stingy. They skimp on ingredients.
Ordered a 12in Flatbread sandwich. They sent me a 6in and just cut it pretending it was a 12in. Their staff is incompetent, and scamming customers. Don't bother. Make the drive to the Subway in the Capital City Mall, they'll make you a better sandwich than the useless employees at this Subway ever could.

This place took my gc money but will refuse to answer the phone. All I was trying to do was update my order. DO NOT USE this store!! Buyer beware. Called at least 15 times with no answer and you can’t even leave a message.
I walked in today, Tuesday 7/9/24 at 515ish. I walked in the door behind a gentleman that worked there. His pants were below his butt. All you saw were his underware. However, he did walk in and wash his hands. I attempted to order 2 wheat footlongs. That was the only bread they were out of. Really? It's dinner time and your out of a specific kind of bread? I had to feed my family so I continued with the order. The food was edible, but I don't think I'll be back to this location again.

Seems like I tipped 2 dollars, to be given a piece of bread that was from the year 2011. Also, all of the ingredients tasted like they were going bad. Wouldn't recommend this location.
This place needs to close service sucked missing my bacon on my 12 inch sub and the guy got mad because I didn't tip ....we'll I don't tip if service sucks ...if you hate your job that much you need to find a better job or at least one you qualify for and by your attitude that you displayed you don't qualify for many jobs ....

Called ahead and asked if they accepted coupons because we weren’t going to go if they didn’t (Living on a budget). The girl on the phone said they accept coupons and we asked specifically about buy 2 footlongs for $13. She said they did accept them. So my husband and I went and ordered and when we went to the register the boy said they didn’t accept coupons???? We tried scanning the coupon and the computer wouldn’t accept it. I know it’s not the boys fault and we felt stuck in the situation so we paid the whopping $24. Disappointed that the situation happened in the first place. So, note to future customers, *THEY DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS*.
