Went in today to get two subs, we asked about the Gilmore cups and the lady just was short with us and said no they are not here, they had signs everywhere stating they had them. Through the rest of making our order she was very rude and slamming things down on the counter. I highly recommend going to any other subway possible cause this one sucks.

Went in to get the tuna combo for the day and my friend ordered the marinated meatball sub. The worker got the orders confused and then when I corrected him he got an attitude and the meatball sub only had like three meatballs in it all bread and the tuna sub had about a quarter inch of tuna on the whole sub doesn't look nothing like the picture very disappointed. But at the end when I paid for it he overcharged me $3.87 and didn't want to correct it because the combo comes with chips or cookie of your choice and he charged me separately for two cookies and a bag of chips that I never received. I think the business was very poor and I was saddened by my visit and it would probably be the last time I eat there bad experience

They’re running a promo for BOGO for $1 Footlong. Doubled the price of the footlong regular footlong from $7.59 veggie to $13.99 for a footlong. I get it food costs aren’t cheap but that’s bad business. Also how is it a veggie sandwich is MUCH more expensive than any sub with meat? It’s literally just veggies. My family and I loved eating here but they’ve lost my business after this.

Placed an online order of 2 subs on 6/13 around 7:15 PM. A young gentleman probably of Indian decent was preparing the food. He messed up order. Asked him to remake it as we are allergic to onions. The young gentleman was extremely rude and abrasive. He had no courtesy and instead was yelling at paid customer. I hope owner provider him training and hire folks who can read and write English. Extremely upset.

this is my normal go-to location, probably the best in mechanicsburg. i’ve noticed they’re heavily understaffed but the two ladies in the evening are super sweet. food is always amazing, bathrooms spick and span, love this location
Honestly this place shouldn’t even get 1 star. My boyfriend was the first to order and the woman completely skipped over him to help me. I knew what I wanted already, but that is not professional to just skip over customers. It made it seem like she had something against my boyfriend which doesn’t sit well with me. She never made eye contact or even spoke to me. I felt extremely uncomfortable in this establishment and we will not be coming back. We were going to sit in, but after such a rude interaction, we took our food to go. The staff were super rude and one of them were talking to the other staff saying how she doesn’t like working at the register and how her and another staff member would get into a fight in front of at least 6 customers including my boyfriend and I and then proceeding to pretend to be having a good time at the register when we came to pay for our food. I definitely think a meeting should be held and they should be retrained on making a professional and a welcoming environment.

This is normally my Go To Subway, but this time the manager was Judging me for asking for more olives and pickles. I’m 30 weeks pregnant, I should just get what I asked for without her going “oh my gosh” at least 4 times. This manager needs to be fired, all the other employees are Great.
