Food order was wrong, yet again. Employees were more worried with being outside by a van smoking than working. Also they can roll a blunt (hence my smoking comment) but not a burrito ? I will not be back here again

Great Customer Service, Great Food, Great Atmosphere, and Great People who work here. I will add a photo asap because it's night time right now and on Google Maps it shows the location differently now that they have renovated the restaurant. Anyhow the experience was great. :)

The food tasted exactly like it does at every other Taco Bell, which is why I keep going there. Food was hot, which hasn't always been the case at other stores.

Ignore the clearly marked mobile pickup spot because the workers do. While waiting for your order at the designated spot, your food will be sitting behind the counter getting cold and soggy. And then they gave me this… for $3.19. what a joke. Worst of all, they gave me multiple sauce packets that were ALREADY OPENED. i’m doing a chargeback because i paid for food, not whatever this is.

We ordered the Mexican pizza meal! The tacos and drink were good the Mexican pizza was horrible! It tasted like cardboard I thought my boyfriend thought it tasted like some for cleaning product! And the young lady taking money at the drive thru has NO idea how to count money! She didn't get us our change back and I said something to her and she said you don't get any back , I said oh yes we do so finally the manager came and I told him and he gave us are change! So please double check your change and be aware of the Mexican pizza!!

Went in to order takeout. 3 employees standing behind counter. No one welcomed me to the store. Never used the computer screen at a Taco Bell so I wasn’t familiar with it. Finally had to ask for help. Someone came around the counter hit some buttons then left and didn’t follow up to make sure I was ok. I will never hi back into the store again. I understand that it is hard to get employees but there were 3 standing there just talking. I had owed businesses for 40 years and if my customer service was like this we would never had lasted. Thank you for an unpleasant visit.
The new building is spacious, clean, and inviting. When we visited, it wasn't too busy and the service was prompt. I tried the cheezit cruchwrap. The only things I could possibly complain about was the space was not well distributed on my menu item, and the new decor feels very liminal.
