We've always enjoyed Wendy's! Even though their chili recipe isn't as good as it used to be it still has good flavor. It is a perfect warm-up on a could winter day!

The workers are kind and respectful when ordering, but the last few visits we've gone we've been told to pull around and park until our food is ready. We've had to wait 10 minutes plus for our order which typically consist of kids chicken nuggets and a baked potato. I give all credit to our fast food workers, but it's hard to want to go for fast food that isn't fast...

So we were shopping on the pike and had decided to grab some Wendy's while running out errands, so first of all they didn't give us any of our requested sauces, we didn't get a spoon for our frosty and my sandwich was drowning in ketchup, normally we enjoy Wendy's but this would be the last time we go to this Wendy's.
Asked for no cheese. Got cheese. Could not remove it because it was melted in. Asked for fries. No fries. Order was 100% incorrect. Thank you for happily taking my money and not fulfilling the order. And you expect a tip?!!!

This is the fifth time that I've attempted to give this location a chance, but got stuck sitting in this drive through for an unacceptable amount of time. This Wendy's has long standing issues with timeliness. I sat at the intercom for TEN MINUTES, stuck because someone pulled behind me and no one was responding to me. I attempted to pull away, but found a car next to the window and after sitting behind them for another 5 minutes, they pulled away without receiving food and I followed. Worse still, I saw that a car had their hood up so I pulled into the next parking lot to help and after helping them for awhile I noticed that the car that had been behind me also pulled out of the drive through to park in the lot and stormed into the restaurant. There is clearly a management issue. This location always has a long line and I usually avoid it because of that, I attempted today because there were cars going through but I was mistaken. I encourage all to avoid this location so that you don't waste your time. Especially during lunch if you only have a limited amount if time to grab food.
