I walked into the establishment and it seemed very well kept and well stocked. The tables were cleared away quickly after the guests left and the music was even nice. I was helped by a wonderful cashier, Mary, who was quick to get my order ready and even went above and beyond I feel with the small helpful things like wiping my specific table and giving me a water cup without me needing to ask when she saw I didn't get a drink with my order. The bathroom were fairly maintained too. Overall, a positive experience here at this Wendys.

wendy’s, this is beyond frustrating—it’s dangerous. your staff repeatedly mess up big orders, not just small mistakes. burgers are wrong, orders are mixed up, and i have a family member with serious food allergies. this isn’t just inconvenient—it’s potentially life-threatening. if you can’t get a simple order right, don’t take big orders. fix your systems, train your staff, and start taking customer safety seriously, because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Second time, second wendy's ordering 3 biscuit sandwiches and again took 15 to 20 minutes for them to make and hand deliver the food to me in my car in the parking lot. Very delicious sandwiches

They took too long, messed up the orders. They gave us an incomplete order, and there was this old lady who didn’t know what she was doing — she was doing everything wrong.

So the young man taking our order could possibly be new because he seemed really confused, webwere the only people in line, the resturant might have had 3 other people eatting in it. The ice in the self serve soda machine EMPTY, also the napkin dispenser EMPTY. This is the 3rd time I have come here in a row and had to wait at the counter to get ice in my cup. The drive through doesnt appear to be that busy so I just dont understand. This location really needs to get it together.

You pay a little more but get way more for your money. Did have an issue with this location years ago but that was an individual working there and Im sure they were fired shortly after the incident, since then nothing but positive experiences.

Terrible wait times, staff seem inconvenienced just by having to take your order. Two people in the drive thru and a 20 minute wait, I had to pull my car to the side because “waiting on meat to be ready”, for 20 minutes! Do y'all ground your own beef and butcher the cows and chickens out back? Do not come here, go to a sit down restaurant it would be quicker, taste better, and depending be cheaper.
