Salad we ordered, tasted like it had been in the fridge too that was partially frozen. Lettuce was wilted and the chicken did not look very tasty.

Never felt more in a simulation than when I went here today (4/4) around 6pm. Went through the drive thru. When I got to the window, person just puts out their hand with no hello or meal total. She went, got my change, came back, I said thank you. Nothing but a blank stare. She then went and got my drink, came back and handed it to me. I said thank you. Nothing again. Then, a guy brought my food, I said thank you....any guesses? Nothing. He attempted a small smile and then shut the window. You're in customer service, get trained better. If you're like this at a Wendy's, you won't go far in your work career. Companies want people who are polite, know how to interact with others, and build customer rapport.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I just looked over the reviews for this restaurant for the past year and they have all been 1 star. Why is nothing being done? I guess Wendy’s just doesn’t care cause they’re making their money anyway right?Our order was rushed through, burgers were pink and raw in the middle, we had to ask for our nuggets because we checked and they weren’t in the bag, and then when we got them we got 8 instead of 10.Nobody at this restaurant seems to care about customer service at all. I mean I get why, I wouldn’t care either if I worked somewhere with only one other employee and my higher ups refuse to pay more. WENDYS: PAY. THEM. MORE.For two meals and a nugget we paid $33. You can afford to pay them more so that the service is better and customers are happier. Do something! It’s insane that this company couldn’t care less as long as they have their billions to sleep with. We won’t be returning to Wendy’s anytime soon. Enough is enough.

Very disappointed with our breakfast this morning. My coffee was ice cold as I ordered a hot coffee. Our fries were not even close to being warm nor were our sandwiches. We asked for lots of ketchup for 2 large orders of seasoned potatoes and we got only 6 packs total. We will not be returning to this location ever again !!!

This is seriously the amount of fries I was given on 12/21 at 8 pm!!! Horrible customer service and everything is ice cold! Thank you Wendy’s for the generous amount of fries. Keep up the good work!

We live close to this restaurant and found ourselves starving after a day's chaos. Cooking was not an option and we wanted something quick to get at a drive in. We rarely eat fast food. We looked at the menus of the 3 restaurants less than 3 miles from our house. We found out of Arby's, Wendy's and McDonalds (not as close) Wendy's appeared to have the best assortment of salads. We ordered 2 Parmesan Ceasar salads and one Apple Pecan Salad. The 2 Ceasar Salads had a fresh assortment of romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, shaved parmesan cheese with a creamy Ceasar dressing. The Apple Pecan Salad had a mixture of fresh varied greens, grilled chicken, apples, dried cranberries (not dried out), and blue cheese crumbled. No pecans, but they weren't missed. The servings were so large we had to pour the salads into a bowl in order to put on the salad dressing. The line at the drive in was long but moved quickly. The items we wanted were available and the employee was pleasant. If we find ourselves in need of a quick dinner, we will return to this Wendy's for a healthier meal than a burger and fries.

Manager is an unorganized rude person. Sat for 30+ minutes at the drive thru never brought our drinks out and told us they would upsize our food and never did. Will never return to this Wendy’s again.
