so I took them at their word in advertising -a new era at panera. ummm, nope. at least not at this one. maybe because we ordered at the counter is why the server was so bothered. maybe because it was dinner time that they were out of bread and bacon. when the food came it was good except both soups were cold and the cheesesteak was on sliced bread because they were out of rolls. -the place wasn’t clean and the tables had bits of sticky and food on them. ends up none of us were in our panera era. but it was worth a shot. could’ve been a bad day- but for customer experience you have to do better.

They have a very good selection of day-to-day food items. The menu is very customizable which I love. The coffee is very good, their dark roast is one of my favorites.

The food was horrible. Had cream of broccoli it was like water and the Napa valley chicken sandwich very bland no taste. Worst experience at a Panera. Nobody up front had to ask someone to wait on us.

If you're ordering to go, always check the bag before you leave. This particular Panera has abysmal quality oversight and a staff that literally couldn't care less. I cannot recall a time when something wasn't missing from the bag. Sometimes it's something small like a spoon, other times they will run out of items and simply not inform you, or make your order completely wrong. Once my sandwich was not wrapped correctly and when I took it out of the bag it fell everywhere. The only reason I continue to order from here is because of the convenience of the location, but remember that you'll need to be the quality control person because they skip over that part of the order process every time.

Had a breakfast sent to us .They had a nice selection, and the food was delicious. Coffee was still hot and had all the fixings. Asked for food for 30, and they provided. Will definitely order again.

Now that McDonald’s owns Panera everything has changed. This restaurant is much more like a McDonald’s than a Panera from 2 years ago.Echoing what other reviewers have said, this is a very dirty location. Expect the floor to be sticky around the ordering kiosks, drinks, and bathroom. There was a person on drugs in the bathroom standing with his head in his arms against the paper towel machine, he was dozing in and out. When I told an employee she was genuinely concerned.Sold out of many items at 4pm on a Wednesday. Sold out of baguette bread, potato chips, romaine lettuce, green goddess salad dressing and cilantro. Cilantro can be found at the grocery store across the parking lot.The side fruit cup was mostly empty.Cups of soup for carry out are pre portioned, so if they look not full, they will NOT fill them to the brim.Pick two with a soup and a salad is coming to over $15, so if you want to head somewhere else, I’m with you.Again, no baguette side with the soup because they are sold out, the Broomall location was also sold out.

For breakfast? I thought it was a relaxing place to sit have very good coffee and a delicious bagel. The extra charge of almost 2 bucks for cream cheese is outrageous.

The food year over year is just horrid now. $13 and some change for a microwaved bowl of chicken and rice. So dry with no sauce or chicken. Can’t even make a decent chicken sandwich either. Place is super dirty. Stay away
