If you're ordering to go, always check the bag before you leave. This particular Panera has abysmal quality oversight and a staff that literally couldn't care less. I cannot recall a time when something wasn't missing from the bag. Sometimes it's something small like a spoon, other times they will run out of items and simply not inform you, or make your order completely wrong. Had a breakfast sent to us .They had a nice selection, and the food was delicious. Coffee was still hot and had all the fixings. Asked for food for 30, and they provided. Will definitely order again.

Very dirty. Behind counters and throughout the dining areas. I had to bring my utensils back twice as they both had old food on them. The counters are not wiped clean, tables chairs and flora are food covered. My tray had black soot on it. Won’t be back.
