Avoid this location at all cost.Customer Service here is a joke. The workers act as if you’re bothering them for ordering, and the language used is offensive. The young man who rang me up was upset with one of his co-workers. He proceeded to call his co-worker racial slursmultiple times and was cursing/speaking as if I wasn’t right there. It was surreal. SKETCHY LOCATION!! Beware!!! I visited here with my parents about a month ago. We dined in and while eating, an employee approached us to tell us our transaction never went through. She re-rang up the order and had my dad pay again. We were definitely suspicious because why would the transaction print the receipt if it never went through? I honestly feel bad for the workers here, they are all so nice and work efficiently as they can, but the customers that come in are ruthless! On a weekend I would say be patient as you can, order 30 minutes ahead and you’ll be okay. Bowls are normally stacked and lovely. Thanks for all your hard work!
