This Starbucks is great for work, even though it’s very busy. I think the workers need to get paid more since they always to above and beyond of everyone. (I told them I was on a time crunch and they made my drink in record time). They are so so nice but so overworked. My dog loves coming through the drive thru and he thinks the pup cups are 5/5
Great coffee, super busy. It took about 20 plus minutes to get us two lattes. We decided to skip the drive through as the drive through was packed as well, with cars spilling out on the road outside the drive through. This Starbucks is located in a strip mall and with the number of cars in the drive through, I would say that is causes inconvenience to the other visitors of this mall.

I once got - after a lengthy half hour wait - a badly rushed simple half decaf hot espresso drink back in the summertime—uncharacteristically crowded and the priority were the Veinti what looked like iridescent glorified Slushies of my yesteryears at 7-11 (You'd think illegal drugs were on the menu.) My patience was tried. 3.75 stars rounded up. Usually very fine service, but cold comfort in remembering that one-off.
