I normally enjoy my experiences eating at Wendy's, but tonight has me livid.
First of all, the restaurant was understaffed for a Friday. The young lady at the drive-thru window was clearly new (she looked frantic and confused, obvious signs of a new team member), and the "manager" thought it would be a good idea to loudly berate her about her mistakes by saying "This is all your fault!
