Pampered Palate Cafe & Bistro Grove City

The workers seem so annoyed to have any customers. They also move like they don't have a care in the world. All we ordered was two coffees and a cinnamon roll heated up. Got one coffee pretty quick, waited 10 minutes for the next one and after another 20 mins waiting for the roll, we knew we weren't getting it. We watched as the workers chatted with each other, the guy in the kitchen slammed dishes around and the cashier looked annoyed to have to be doing anything. It was two of us and one family of four in the entire place, six total people and you'd think we ruined their lives just by being there. Will never go back, never felt so unwanted in a business before and never seen such rude employees before either.

Fantastic little hidden gem! Great coffee options, but that's just the beginning! The Grilled cheese is quite possibly the the most savory, cheesy sandwich I've ever tasted! Stopped in at 7:50 pm. Cashier told me that they were closed and that she should of locked the door. Sign on the door clearly states a 8:00pm close time. As a current business owner, I’m certain that’s not good business practice. Will not be going back.Btw all I wanted to as a plain coffee to go.

A healthier alternative to the food around the area/at the mall. Ordered a wrap and it tasted great, it was loaded with a variety of vegetables. Soup of the day may not always be everyone's favourite though, I didn't like the tomato soup very much. The food doesn't go bad quickly, can be saved for the next meal.

Staff could have been a little friendlier. Sandwiches were good. Berry Coconut Refreshers was NO Dunkin’ Donuts. Atmosphere was a little gloomy.

Love the healthy flatbread breakfast sandwhich with roasted tomatoe, spinach, egg white and avacado for $4.99. Great taste and great deal.

I was not very impressed with my first experience here and I probably would go out of my way to avoid this place in the future. There were 4 of us and we simply wanted to get a coffee before we hit the highways to head home. The cappuccino and the frappe order were fine. They seemed to struggle with an iced coffee order so I had to get a cold brew. I asked for a shot of vanilla in my cold brew and that seemed to be an issue. After they begrudgingly agreed, my order still didn't have the vanilla. When I tried to bring this to their attention they dismissed me and said it did have the flavoring...um ok, but it doesn't ?. The second issue was asking for a hot coffee with hazelnut flavoring. They said they couldn't do that since we had to do it ourselves at the coffee bar, but there was no syrups over there. I basically had to ask for an empty cup with the flavoring already in it and again, this apparently was asking too much. AND THE HOT COFFEE WAS COLD. Had to go back to the counter with the empty half and half container and wait for him to acknowledge me and fill it. He handed it back to me without the lid. This is what their customer service amounts to. Annoyance. Whoever that guy is, he is super rude. I'm sorry I went in to support your small business. I'm sorry I ordered an iced coffee and a hot coffee. Why sell coffee if you're going to make it a big deal to customize it? I'll never go back.

Previously had a get together here and the food was good and service excellent! This time…Arrived shortly after opening, and my first clue should have been the lights still off inside. It was very dark. We ordered a breakfast sandwich, two coffees and a scone. The bagel came out promptly in less than 5 mins. The coffees never arrived, and it was never communicated to myself or my boyfriend that the coffee machine was BROKEN. They let us wait for 34 mins before we, and several other customers just walked out. Staff the entire time was moving as if they had no care in the world. Very bad experience, definitely not coming here with my friends or family again, and I recommend you don’t do the same.

service is not good, every person i’ve interacted with taking my order has made me very uncomfortable as they are so unwelcoming and seem like i’m inconveniencing them by being there, today i got a cup of soup and they asked if i wanted a piece of bread as my side: this is the so-called “piece of bread” that is basically two end crumbs and is hard as a rock. extremely overpriced for the subpar quality of food received. will not be going back or suggesting to anyone.

Healthy food at a reasonable price. Offers a few vegetarian/vegan options. Fresh coffee and fruit.

The sandwiches and wraps are good if you can manage to actually get your order correct. We have been here a hand full of times and have good food most of the time, but be sure to double check your order before leaving.

I love the chicken soup. It is an amazing place to stop by. I would highly suggest. Sandwiches are also exceptional. My only issue is that if you arrive 30min before closing time there is no soup left because they toss it. Otherwise great.

Friendly, clean, great atmosphere! Food is very tasty! Would go there every time I'm in town and definitely recommend!! Thank you for accommodating my diet needs.
