James Buchanan Pub was the perfect venue for a small, intimate wedding. The patio was stunning for the ceremony — it had the most beautiful natural lighting and was the perfect size. The dining room was cozy, elegant, and the ideal space to celebrate the newly married couple. The accommodation rooms were absolutely perfect for getting ready and made the whole day run smoothly. And the food? Simply divine. Truly one of Mercersburg’s best hidden treasures.

Chef John and Taylor were amazing. Ole fashins were great!! Food was top notch. Crab meat just like Southern Md. Fish and chips just like Ireland. Give these guys a chance, you won't regret it. Can't wait to come back.

Great local restaurant!
We have been there 3 times in the past 3 weeks. Tried different things each time and have been happy with everything. Make sure to have Taylor mix you a drink.
