“Me and my girlfriend went to the Hozier concert in Hershey and stopped in for a little lunch before the event. Midtown pizza exceeded my expectations in a small Italian restaurant. We ordered garlic knots, chicken parmesean sub, meatball sub and fries. The garlic knots were small but came with 9 and were buttery and garlicky, the meatball sub was good and as was the chicken parmesan sub. The bread on the sandwiches really made it special. Though we didn’t go to the bar, but we dined in, the food came out in good time and the service was good. I recommend for those looking for a quick bite and the prices aren’t outrageous.“

Mario is the waiter you want he is phenomenal he’s been there 21 years and the service he gives is impeccable. The food is amazing every course is amazing. Piazza Sorrento (the restaurant side) has the biggest gluten free menu I’ve ever seen! The gluten free bread, bruschetta, pizza and strawberry shortcake was amazing! I will definitely make the 90 minute drive back to enjoy it again. The staff was knowledgeable about food allergies and everyone was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place. “I live over 2.5 hours away from this restaurant. I make it maybe once or twice a year to my favorite restaurant. I love having the build your own pasta. I started cancer treatment earlier this year and my wife gave me an incentive to get through it by telling me she would take me to Macaroni Grill after I completed the treatments. Today was the day. I am sorry, her name escapes me right now, but our waitress went way above and beyond for us. She got me a slice of key lime pie and had congratulations written on the plate. I am not going to lie, I got emotional. The food was awesome as usual. The 5 hour round trip was more than worth it. My waitress should be employee of the year.“

“Old school small town Italian Sandwich and Pizza Shop. Bread on my hoagie and crust on daughter’s pizza was very nice. The bread for the sandwich had the crunch crust that is exactly what makes a hoagie good. Wife got an antipasto salad that was enough food for two. Overall a good experience.“

“we dropping in and tried 2 dinner entrees, chicken parm and meat lasagna. They each came with nice salads - not just lots of lettuce, and garlic bread. Portions were big - spaghetti amount was excessive - enough for 2-3 people. Chicken parm was cutlet, not chicken finger like some restaurants. We were very pleased with our meals. Normally, we got pizzas.“

Definitely recommend that you check it out. They have Italian entrees and a dining room as well (that I believe is open on the weekends) and I can only imagine that the entrees would be just as good.
