We’ve been on the road for 6 hours, with another 6 still ahead. We were excited to find a McDonald’s along the way and made a detour just to grab some of our favorite food and drinks.
It was 10:30 p.m., and the posted hours said the location was open until 11. But when we got there, the staff had already shut everything down and were ignoring customers completely.
All we can say is — thanks for nothing.

Sign says the restaurant is open until 11:00 p.m. I got here at 8:49 p.m. and the only thing they have open is their drive-thru. This McDonald's has truck parking and I'm in a semi so I can't go through the drive-thru. I'll never go to this McDonald's ever again terrible customer service to be open until 11:00 p.m. and at 8:49 already have the dining room closed.

Absolutely horrible service would not serve a truck driver after 9pm because the lobby was closed, and a 75 foot long vehicle would not fit, though the drive thru. I will never come back to this location again.

I don't know how they thought tartar sauce is supposed to be on top of the bun rather than on the fish, but that's what I got. No ketchup. I guess that's my fault because I didn't ask. I typically won't go to McDonalds for these and other reasons. We were traveling and this was convenient. I know my experience won't change anything. McDonalds will continue to have customers because of it's target audience.

This location was slammed the Sunday after Thanksgiving along a busy interstate, and the kitchen kept up. Cars were lined up in the drive thru and barely any open spaces to park. I had to wait a few minutes to place my order inside but it was ready pretty quickly. Everything was accurate and the employees were professional. Nice work!

Doors were locked at 8:45 pm, but the sign said the dining room was open until 9. I walked all the way from the truck stop. Very disappointed.
If you don’t know the different between a hamburger and a cheeseburger you probably shouldn’t even be working at McDonald’s. Waited 15 mins in the drive thru for my order. There was no one else in the drive thru. Ordered 2 plain double hamburgers. Was given 2 double cheeseburgers 3x…unreal. Just gave up and left.
