presentation wise the food did not look good. it looked very unappealing and just thrown onto the sandwich. this made the subway really low quality in food and i did not like how the service was conducted because the old lady there was a little bit rude. the atmosphere in general was not friendly at all. everything there just seemed off and as if they didn’t want to serve us even though we were the only customers when being there. we decided to stop here after a long drive for some lunch, this was not worth the stop at all. now i know to not go here again.

The older looking white male refused to toast my wrap like I asked . It ruined my sandwich. I haven’t been to subway in over a year , and this is exactly the reason! How hard is it to toast my wrap if that’s what the customer wants ? Ridiculously racist. I’m so glad I wasn’t paying with cash but instead a coupon . Plus the chocolate chip cookies are no good . Y’all need to hire better people. I haven’t been here in two years and this place is slowing going to the gutter ?

Very rude middle aged man refuse to let me enter with my service dog. I ordered and paid online, would have taken no time to just hand me my food. I told this man several times that my dog was a service dog and he just kept saying "I can't understand you....get out.....no dogs" this location is next to a truck stop I walked a Mile to get here and he refused to give me food I'd already paid for.
The woman who works is rude and snappy. Zero customer service skills. Also don’t get the chicken salad as you’ll only get two tablespoons of chicken on a six inch and it cost the same as a foot long of a regular sub?? No explanation and she accidentally forgot to give us a receipt. Side note: if you’ve never had a churro or pretzel here. Don’t wait to ask when your paying for the rude blonde lady will literally tell you no and roll her eyes at you.

Awful customer service there. Last time I was here, they didn’t let me know until after I paid that they had no cheese for the pretzel sidekick. Today I went in and ask if they had any cheese, and I was truly told that it was sauce. I wasn’t even told if they had it or not. Then I asked at the register if we were to get the cookie sidekick if it could be toasted and instead of answering that I was rudely told that I need to order at the other end when I was just asking a question. Toppings were barely put on any of the two sandwich’s I bought and the employees made my fiancé extremely uncomfortable. These employees should be retrained on customer service. I don’t understand how they’re still in business here. Store wasn’t even that clean. Do not recommend coming here. Cost me so much more to get ONE sandwich here than another location. Awful store
