Phones are apparently taken off the hook, so I can’t call and complain or speak to anyone. The girl working the window around 9pm (12/7) has a serious attitude problem. We ordered 4 holiday pies, received 2. Ice cold fries, Big Mac missing a patty, happy meal missing the toy, and a 4 piece that was actually only a 3 piece.

Constantly forgetting food . Even when you complain about the previous time of not getting food . Then this time they forget again . Nuggets taste horrible also like dirty oil or something. Will go to Jersey . Husband tells manager and get only sorry . Really it’s not you driving back to correct mistakes . Unreal

I went to McDonald's with my sister for a late lunch, we ordered a couple of double cheeseburgers and a couple of mc chicken sandwiches. We both ordered a medium lemonade. I paid for our order and then went to the second windows as I was directed to. I see the girl preparing two lemonade but they're small size. So I figured I'd wait until she opened the sliding window to explain that I ordered medium. Another girl walks over to her and shows her a receipt, telling the first attendant that we ordered mediums not small. The girl pulls out two medium cups and dumps the contents of the small into each one. Instead of going to the machine and giving me the proper amount of lemonade for a medium she added ice to each cup which already had ice from before, until it reached the brim. So I paid for two medium lemonade and got the equivalent of a small because 90% of it was ice.

Every evening, I get hot tea from the restaurant. For the first time, a sweet, cheerful employee named Madeline gave me my tea in two separate cardboard cups. When I asked her about this thoughtful gesture and thanked her, she said, “It’s very hot and we didn’t have a cup holder, so I thought I should give you two cups.” You’re quite lucky to have such a considerate employee, and I’m very grateful to her—her cheerful demeanor remains intact.

When an employee isn't sure of something, that usually indicates that they don't care. If a customer asks for a print out of a receipt because the kiosk are out of paper, please just do your job! Print out a receipt. Its not too difficult.
