I love eating here...people are friendly, and inviting...
A customer with a disability was treated with disrespect because they entered the diner with their service dog. It is against the law for them to demand to see the dog's license and/or paperwork! The waitress was rude and told the customer they'd never be welcomed back! The customer has great memories of eating at this diner when they were young and would stop in with their parents on family outings.
