Went for my birthday brunch on a Sunday for the first time. Can't tell enough how good this place is! Everything is perfect, really. Staff is super friendly, ambient is very very cozy and food is simply amazing, delicious and with big portions. The best chai latte I have ever had!! This place deserve a trophy! Will come back for sure.

Weird schedule. Always either closed or out indefinitely. Why???

Vibrant busy place. I only used their bakery to buy an assortment of desserts. They were all delicious! The staff was friendly. I will definitely go back when I have the opportunity.

Perfect, old fashioned, delicious food, delightful back country road stop. Historic atmosphere, lots of chatter, and staff. A great country experience. Smells delicious. It's always best to go to the place that is the busiest and has a local following. This is that place.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and would be well served to go through the old mill and learn how things were in the early 1800's. It wasn't that long ago.

We have had lunch their a few times. This was the 1st time we had dinner. The salmon special was excellent as was the fettuccine Alfredo. Dessert is always amazing there. I had peach pie.

Absolutely charming riverside cafe with great food, worth a few hours’ trip to explore the quaint town. Check out the historic water wheel at the back of the restaurant and the rustic shops in the neighborhood.Order the croissant creme brûlée French toast if it’s offered as a special, but split it among 2-4 people as it’s too cloying otherwise. I normally dislike French toast but this one just hit different. The croissant soaked up the custard like a sponge, while the edges crisped up nicely. It’s a bread pudding, really. The plain croissant off the pastry shelf wasn’t that good, though, as it tasted more like bread than a flaky pastry. The smoked salmon is a recommend. It’s a very light meal on its own, though, so you might need to order a pastry or side.

Very nice location with historical significance. The ambiance is quite nice. We liked the bakery area but were seated in the bar area due to space limitations. Nothing wrong with the bar room with the exception of the foul smell coming from the restroom. Service was nice and the food was mostly enjoyable. We liked the Burger and Chicken & Waffle. However, the Vietnamese sandwich was disappointing - good quality bread and veggies but the roast pork was stale. Also, you won't find ? here. Overall, I'm willing to visit again.
