It was great to stop again at the Brown's Hill Tavern, unfortunately it was because of taking a break from a snow storm but this is the place where you can feel welcomed. Heather was great at the bar and the food and their prices are definitely the best you can get.

We usually go there at least a couple times a month for something to eat. The staff is always very friendly, the service is great and the food is very good. I always have a martini with my meal and it is perfect.

I'm sorry to give a low review because the service was good but the burgers had no flavor. It was very clean but very run down, ripped chairs etc. Not the kind of place I would ever go to unless food was really tasty.

Great salads!!! Our waitress was very good. She was very attentive to our needs and didn't even get frazzled when the credit card reader wasn't working.

Let me start by saying that this is a little tip: Pls go to the Tavern / Restaurant to get your key. The motel is a little above the Tavern but no office there. Just to save you a little time, as we kept looking for an office. The staff was super, super friendly! Couldn't ask for better! The food was reasonably priced and delicious, as were the beers (lol). Walked to our room, which was so nice. Some reviews said that it was "dated" but I say, it was "retro"...so cool. Clean and comfortable. No frills but definitely cozy. Comfy bed, bathroom, towels, basic toiletries (shampoo, soap), coffee maker with coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, cups and stirrers. A microwave and fridge. And a flat screen TV. What more do you need, really? My husband and I was surprised and totally loved the food, atmosphere, comfort and safety of it all: the Tavern, Room and Restaurant. Will definitely stay here again. It's a gem of a "throwback" and you actually feel like a Guest and not a "number" as a hotel chain! Thank you very much and will be visiting staying again, for sure!
