I didn’t take photos, because the food smelled too good to wait. This is a small, local spot with incredible BBQ at reasonable prices - nothing fancy here, but you won’t be disappointed. We tried the pulled pork, chicken & ribs (which fell off the bone), slaw and beans. Everything was delicious.
Walking in the food smelled so good.
Unfortunately, overall, we were pretty disappointed. While the ribs and 1/4 chicken were tender and cooked pretty perfectly, they were very greasy and I'm not sure why. The pulled/shredded meats were so full of grease the paper boats they're served in were soggy and grease filled the foam container.
The coleslaw was pretty flavorless but the baked beans were pretty tasty.
The portion to price was excellent considering its BBQ.
If you’re questioning to try or not, GO FOR IT! Not the cleanest place but doesn’t the best food always come from those locations? Delicious food, brisket was my personal favorite. Will definitely return when back in the area!
We drove through the area all the way from Massachusetts, saw this place and HAD to try it. Not only was the food AMAZING, but we were treated so nicely! As we say in New England, the service and food were both WICKED good! Definitely try this place out if you’re nearby!
Awesome food Awesome service
Had the food here tonight for the first time. The star of the meal for me was the Horseradish coleslaw. I would stop just to get that.
What's a Delco dude doing in Mill Hall Pa? Eating the best BBQ north of State College. 1/2 rack with pulled pork, beans and coleslaw. 2 thumbs up. I'm stuffed!
I got the sampler for my family and it was delicious. I would say the ribs and chicken are good, not great. It’s excellent barbecue for PA. The brisket and pulled pork was so good, sad I didn’t get more. My one complaint is if you order online on their website for pickup, they automatically add a 20% gratuity. I didn’t notice until later and am kind of annoyed by that. Pretty sneaky and ridiculous. 20% tip for takeout?
Amazingly tender ribs and chicken. The slaw and baked beans were scrumptious too! Had a chicken berry salad as well. Very nice amounts of everything! If you don’t want to sit in a tight area. It’s worth it to get it to go!
Brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. before I finished my sandwich I ordered a pound of brisket to-go . The Mac and cheese was pretty good too.

The service was wonderful, very pleasant and polite young lady. The food is always delicious. We taste tested the sweet potato casserole side you are going to start providing. It is a definite hit with us! I hope you sell pans of it upon request please.
Great hole in the wall place - amazing food!!! And came super fast! You can see/smell the BBQ grilling outside as you walk in and it smells almost as good as it tastes!
Always the best wood fired pizza and ribs!
Excellent food.
Excellent smoking food.
I was sadly disappointed with our entire experience the guy who took our order knew it was our first time there yet still wasn't very helpful with our questions and acted like he was in a rush even though the place was empty. We got the sauce on the side thankfully because their sauce is just one node and that's vinegar. There's no other choices in sauce. It was completely bland and unseasoned without the sauce and overwhelming vinegar with it. It didn't even have a good smoked flavor from them smoking the meats. I got the 1/4 chicken and 1/4 ribs the chicken was super dry even though it was dark meat. I had high hopes but unfortunately was sadly disappointed. Not worth the prices they are charging.
