This place was NUTS when we walked in on the Saturday before Christmas so we thought we were doomed to a terrible experience. The opposite happened. Orders were perfect, fresh and timely. Someone is doing a great job managing back there. Keep it up.

Order wasn’t right - asked for no onions yet sandwich was covered in them, food was cold and tasted off, service took forever and lobby was cramped. Men’s bathroom was also unclean, and a stall door was missing a lock stop. Pretty appalling overall.

Absolutely terrible... every single time you go there even if there isn't a line in the drive thru they send you to the resevered parking spot to wait for your food... either shut this place door or hire some people and make it fast food as it should be. Sat in the reserved parking and there wasn't even a single person behind me in the drive thru... get it together people!!!

After waiting 40 min for my food I went to get a refund and then they took an additional 15 min to give me my dam money back all Because they was mad I didn’t want the dam order that took them Forever to make . The lady didn’t even say sorry or offer the food for free what a nightmare.

Don't trust the drive through. They consistently have long enough delays that they added a secondary pickup window to keep corporate times down while you wait 10 minutes.
