I usually go because I have some kind of coupon and I get a craving for ribs. I will say their ribs are awesome but the rest of their food is awful. I decided to get the rib steak platter with a side of mashed potatoes the ribs were the only good thing on the plate. The mashed potatoes were cold and the steak was nothing but fat. The service isn't usually that bad but we must have got a new waiter because I felt very rushed. I was going to use my desert coupon and the waiter decided to ring us up for our bill before we even ordered our dessert. It was my birthday dinner, I had two little ones with me, my parents and husband and it just was not a good experience.
