Phantom Power is a pleasure to play. The sound is great, the staff is amazing and they treat their artists like family.
We had my daughter’s Sweet 16 there on a Sunday evening. Not only was Shannon attentive, welcoming and professional from the first encounter, she gave me her cellphone number to contact her with any questions. She was always prompt and efficient with correspondence even up to the day after our event when we left some items behind.
