Back again!! I live in France. I know a good croissant and this guy can do it. When I visit Pittsburgh, I come here. If you want to taste France, this is as close to Bretagne you will get without changing planes at CDG or Orly. And if you live in Pittsburgh and do not come here, then you are just a fool.
You will think you are in a secret French hometown (and perfectly professionally) bakery! Everything, and I mean everything, is exquisite and authentic. Whenever my family came to town, they insisted we go to Jean Marc. I live in Washington DC now and the French bakeries here have nothing over Jean Marc. Jean Marc is the real thing.
