idk.. i went here for the 1st time around 1:40 am in a friday after a late taxi run and it was closed. then had police greet me at around 2 ( i was parked across the street but in a reserved spot so that was my folly )
but it's definitely patrolled by state cops after closing.

great bar tender fun place to drink
Great place to have a drink, shoot some pool, and listen to some music. Good service and friendly staff top it all off.
