Not only was the food great, it is DOG FRIENDLY! Everyone from the staff, people sitting at the bar, and other families out to eat, were friendly. It was like walking into "Cheers" of Minersville. I will definitely go back. The next time I will have to try the house Sangria, on tap.
We had a great experience at the Little Brown Barrel! The food was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared.
The Ale Battered Fish and Chips were a standout. The cod was perfectly crispy and clearly battered to order. The pickled onions on top added a unique zing, and the Old Bay fries were the perfect match. The housemade dill tartar sauce was fresh and flavorful, complementing the dish without overpowering it.
We also tried the Smoked Wings with Creamy Buffalo Sauce....
Wow! Just had one of the best dining experiences of my life at Little Brown Barrel! Seriously, you have to go. The food was fantastic, the beer selection awesome, and their bourbon options are amazing. But what truly made it unforgettable was the wonderful staff. Shout out to our server, Charlie, who was an absolute delight, and the chef/owner, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I'm already planning my next visit – highly, highly recommend!
