First off. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon maybe like 10 people. We sat down and ordered our food and the waitress wasn’t all there if you know what I mean. Then another couple walked in 15 minutes after us and still got their food before us. The waitress then tells us she dropped our food on the floor. Meanwhile it’s been 45 minutes when she told us. Other staff just sitting around by the bar not doing anything. Then 15 minutes later we finally get our food after an hour and 10 minutes. Meanwhile the manager was walking around asking how their service was but didn’t even stop at our table. Would not recommend terrible service that I’ve ever had. Wish I could take the tip back that I felt was forced to give.

The food was as good as any Applebees but the wait time for food was outrageous. We waited about 40 min for our food. We had to get boxes immediately to make it to our movie. I wouldn’t go here unless you have plenty of time on your hands. And my Santa Fe shrimp bowl was almost all rice and very little of the other ingredients listed.

We hardly seen our server the whole time we were there. We didn't receive napkins and plates for our appetizer when we got it. We got the chicken Parm fettuccine with the 2 for 25 deal and our pasta was dry. Hardly any sauce was on it. We know how it comes because we have gotten it many times before. We asked finally when we saw our server for more sauce to moisten the pasta and when we got our bill there was 2 two dollar charges for the tiny cups of sauce we got for them. Highly disappointed.

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered chicken quesadillas and the nachos and they were both burnt to the core looked like someone grabbed a torch and lit the chips on fire. barely any queso on the nachos the meat was burnt onto the chip as well. the quesadillas were literally a tortilla chip hard as a rock and the GM said there suppose to be like that when i go to beaver falls apple bees all the time and they are never burnt or hard as a rock like the ones served at this apple bees. When i got them they also didn’t even have sour cream with them either. They took both nachos and quesadillas back And i think the nachos actually came back more worse than the first. meat was literally burnt to the chip and chips were burnt and the cheese tasted horrible almost like expired and the quesadillas were basically the same. 0/10 don’t recommend this place at all DRIVE TO BEAVER FALLS the cooks actually know how to cook food there. Not at monaca!

I’m sitting with my family and all I can see is the waitresses standing around chit chattin wit the people that are seated already. I’ve never been so disappointed and just utterly in awe. This the worse let’s just say STAFF AND RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is absolutely ridiculous first the waitresses forgot our appetizer after waiting 15min had to ask never received the appetizer after that i think the order was never placed and after 45 minutes got cold pathetic food never again no way.

Took forever to get out food, was not impressed with the food or staff. Very disappointed.
Restaurant was clean . Server was friendly and attentive but for some reason not sure if it was server or cook staff everything was in slow motion. And restaurant was not busy. Some food was hot warm and cold. It had good flavor. I did take advantage of half off appetizers from 9- close. And that was very tasty. Over all there’s room for improvement. Will return in hopes of a better review.

This restaurant struggles to provide good quality food . The waitress was very overwhelmed by simple tasks . I will never return overall a horrible experience. We all came home unsatisfied with our experience. The whole point of going to a restaurant is to be able to order whatever you want and apparently that's too complicated only in monaca. I have no issues at any other locations. I strongly suggest going to another location.

So this was the second time I have been here. Service was wonderful. Quick and respectful. Unfortunately, I understand accidents happen but I had a very large hair in the burger (circled in the photograph). While they quickly replaced the burger, there was not really an apology for it. There was no offer for compensation, other places have offered to remove that piece of food off the bill, a free desert, just some sort of compensation. Here, absolutely nothing but a mediocre apology. Really ruined the appetite. Another issue I have, and honestly this is not a location issue but an Applebees issue. The price of food compared to the portion is quite ridiculous. We had the Loaded waffle fries as an appetizer. For almost $11, the portion was very small. The taste was not the best. I’ve had better loaded fries from a gas station than here unfortunately. Honestly highly overpriced. Compared to other chain restaurants I have been at, Chilis is a great example the price and portions are pretty on par. Very disappointed. I would recommend highly considered where you want to spend your hard earned money, because Applebees is not the place.
