I have been debating on this review because the waitress was so nice. She was almost too nice and it was directed towards me. I never thought it was because she liked me. It’s almost like she was gaslighting me and what do you know my food was so poorly prepared and I became so sick after eating that I honestly think to myself did they try to poison you. I have gotten food to go and it wasn’t so bad wasn’t great. I prefer the other location, but I have not been back since I wanna go in and all that, but I must stick to the facts that’s what happened that’s why I left the review. I did that’s all.

Food was good, service was really slow, sat there for a long time before server came to take our drink order. Then we waited some more before the they took our order, then 10 min later the server came back and asked how we wanted our chicken, grilled or fried. She hadn't put our order in yet. They were not even busy. Another server got us refills after she noticed we had been empty for a while. Also the resturante was cold insde even with our coats on.

We were seated immediately and ordered drinks and apps. Drinks came after a few minutes. Apps took 45 minutes with no explanation from bartender/waitress. Manager came and said it was messed up in the kitchen. Had to hunt down our own silverware and drink refills. Food came out and it was clearly dried out like it had sat under the heat lamp. The last and final straw was my youngest finding a bone in his chicken Alfredo . Manager comped some items but we essentially paid 50 dollars for some drinks and an appetizer. Probably the worst meal experience we have ever had

Time of Visit: Arrived 7:00 PM, Departed 12:40 AM This was not a dinner; it was a punishment disguised as casual dining. Our party arrived promptly at 7:00 PM, full of mild expectations, but what followed was an absolute masterclass in poor service and culinary neglect. The first sign of trouble was the wait time just to interact with a human being. It took a staggering one full hour simply to place our order. When our waiter finally approached, their demeanor was nothing short of openly hostile, making us feel like an imposition rather than a patron. The ensuing wait for our food was monumental—three agonizing hours. By the time the meals were delivered around 11:00 PM, they were, predictably, stone-cold. It was utterly clear that our order had been forgotten, then rushed out without any regard for quality or temperature. To top off this miserable experience, the beverage service was an insult: only tap water was available, served exclusively in flimsy, dripping cardboard cups. This is not acceptable for any establishment, let alone one charging restaurant prices. We finally managed to escape this time warp of misery at 12:40 AM. Over five and a half hours of my life were wasted for cold food and unparalleled discourtesy. I spent more time waiting than sleeping. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any other place to eat. This location needs a complete overhaul of its kitchen and staff, starting with the very basics of customer service. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I stopped in around 6:00 PM and were seated right away. Our waitress came by around 6:10 to take our drink order and we also ordered an appetizer. By 6:20 we received our drinks but they were pure soda water, completely undrinkable.
When the waitress returned around 6:25 to take our meal orders, we let her know about the sodas and asked for a couple of waters instead. She said she’d bring them right out.
By 6:35, we still hadn’t received the waters or the appetizer. At that point, we decided to leave. We never got any food, just two terrible sodas and a bad taste in our mouths literally and figuratively.

Super rude staff. Go in for a pick-up, get told to go to a person by the bar, person ignores me for a few minutes, go back to the front, wait for another employee, they give me even more attitude when I'm told to go back to the person that wouldn't turn around to acknowledge me. Took forever to get my order and no, there's nowhere inside that's marked for pick-up orders. Mark a place as pick-up orders or have your front staff take care of it.
